I have read every book Marie Force has written and loved them all. Wade and Mia's story, just hooks you from the beginning. You immediately want things to finally go in their favor. Mia lives through an abusive relationship and finds her one true love. This book is by far the best.

Marie Force never disappoints! I haven't read a book by her that I didn't love! Here Comes the Sun is no exception. I feel like I'm one of the Abbott's living in Butler, VT when I'm reading this series. I whole heartedly recommend her books!

"Here Comes the Sun" is the perfect title for this book. It was poignant, emotional and fun. All the characters are developed to make this series viable for years to come. Thank you, Marie, for another great read.

In this next book of the Green Mountain/Butler, Vermont series, it's Wade Abbott's turn to find love. He's been in love with Mia for the last two years but hasn't even seen her for a long time. He fears she's in an abusive relationship, but he's never forgotten her. When she shows up on his doorstep frozen and beaten, he does the only thing he can: he marries her.
This story had a lot of twists and turns. It definitely didn't go the way I thought it was going, which for a while left me uncertain about how I felt about Mia. Wade's a nice guy, and at times it seems like Mia is playing him. I also thought the plot might go into 'thriller' territory like the author's Fatal series, but the story stays nicely in the romance department.
We get to catch up with the rest of the Abbott clan and their friends and relatives which is always fun as they have a lot going on. In the end, Wade and Mia make a great couple with a nice HEA.

Once again Marie Force delivers another 5 star story by inviting her readers back to Butler, Vermont for a very exciting adventure with the Abbott/Coleman family. Like many of her book series, returning to Butler, Vermont is like returning home to visit with old friends and family. Of course, no Butler, Vermont story would be complete without a visit with Fred the moose. This time Fred has his own secrets!
In Here Comes the Sun we finally have the chance to get to know the very elusive Wade Abbott. We've met Wade in previous books in this series and learned that he has cared about Mia from a distance for over two years. However, he has been unable to act on his deep feelings. Wade has always been a very intriguing character. He's more quiet and reserved than his often boisterous siblings. Wade usually hangs back rather than mixing it up with his family. He's always needed his solitude. Since Wade has always come across as a calm, quiet, centered person it was somewhat ironic that his story was filled with so much stress and suspense.
At the beginning of Here Comes the Sun, Mia comes looking for Wade after a year of silence because she needs his help. Mia has been in an abusive relationship that has become dangerous. She has turned to Wade to request a big favor that will ensure that she can escape the nightmare she's been living. This favor turns Wade's calm world upside down but he's never been happier because he finally gets to be with Mia.
This book keeps the reader guessing about Mia's true intentions towards Wade. Does she love really love him or is she just using him? While reading Mia's point of view, she seems genuine and truly in love with Wade BUT there are so many unanswered questions. Throughout the story I had so many mixed feelings about Mia. However, when all the unanswered questions are resolved, everything becomes clear. She's had a lot of tragic things done to her by people professing to love her. Watching Wade and Mia face these challenges together makes this story really special! I was so happy that Wade finally gets the girl of his dreams.
Here Comes the Sun is a perfect example of the amazing writing talent of Marie Force! The Abbott family antics have you laughing, the suspense has you wanting to skip ahead to find out what happens next, the ending along with many special scenes from other family members, have you crying. I loved catching up with the Abbott/Coleman family. Their unconditional love and support for Wade and Mia was heartwarming. Thank you Marie for another great adventure in Butler, Vermont! I'm looking forward to the next visit! Lots of exciting events to look forward to.

Wade Abbott knew after one weekend that he wanted Mia Simpson, but she was already in a relationship, one he suspected was abusive. Not knowing her well, he tried to build a friendship with her, to offer support in the only way he knew how. But after a year of silence from her end, he finds her battered and beaten on his doorstep asking for a huge favor.
Wade is the quiet one of the bunch. He has always marched to the beat of his own drummer. While he loves working closely with his family, he also loves his quiet time alone. He is vegan and practices yoga, which led him to meet Mia, a woman who captivated him immediately but was off limits.
Mia was somewhat of a mystery in the beginning. She has been hinted at, though only Wade, Hannah and Homer knew of her existence. I will admit to being just as sceptical of her as the rest of the Abbott family. But as her time with Wade increased, I grew to love her and the balance she offered him. Finally, there was someone to pull the quiet Abbott out of his shell. Despite the drama she brought with her to Butler, she is smart, kind, and a wonderful addition to this crew.
These two had a lot to sort out in a very short time. The request Mia delivers shortly after her arrival means there are some massive changes in Wade’s life, massive changes that leave his family scratching their heads in confusion -- Wade is not usually the impulsive type. There were moments where even though they had known each other for two years, things felt like they were moving fast, even for the situation. But I loved the way they worked through their personal issues in order to present a united front for both his family and her demons.
I loved watching the wonder Mia felt as she met more and more of Wade’s family. Not having a large family herself, the entire clan was a lot to take in. It was great checking in with the entirety of the Abbott and Coleman extended family. There are wonderful updates with Ella and Gavin, Hannah and Nolan, and Megan and Hunter. But all of the siblings and cousins are nearby to support the new couple (and rib Wade for his secrecy). There are also some great teasers about the drama building with Lucas and Landon, and it sounds like those twins may be raising a ruckus as usual in the next Butler, Vermont novel!
This newest installment in the Butler, Vermont series is both sweet and sexy, dangerous and comforting. I loved the addition of a bit of suspense with Mia’s background and the tension that came with the danger she was facing.
