Micah and Julian meet for the first time and are immediately combustible. The attraction is overwhelming to both and not in their life plans, so they don't know how to address it except in arguing. The scene in the bar is great! It's totally misleading as to Micah's occupation. The fair is the catalystic that changes the dynamic of the relationship. A truce is called and Micah and Julian begin to learn each other. They begin to work as a team and share their family plans. The sex between the two is spectacular. The pregnancy grows Julian and makes him start compromising in order to get what was most important to him--a family. This compromise gave him Micah and the baby, his brothers, and the family farm he was trying to save. It was a great story!

Boyfrenemy by Sosie Frost is sexy and humorous read.

A the opposites attract tale of initial mistaken identity. Take one with stubborn, salt of the earth , flannel wearing, cowboy farmer hero and sassy, independent city girl , Jimmy Choo shoes wearing and Louis Vuitton carrying purse heroine put them in a small town where everyone knows everyone else business and see the sparks fly.
The MC are constant fighting so you get plenty of angst ; sexually charged insults , that ends up in no lack of sexy times and those scenes are HOT .
The book reads well. This is my first book by this author and I found her humor and wit refreshing and natural .

I received an ARC from HG for a voluntary and honest Review.

Nope. Sorry, did not enjoy it. Honestly, the book is quite funny and the writing good. The love scenes are steamy and sexy. So that is for the 2 stars. But I am sorry, the blasphemy just got to much. Initially it was here and there, then suddenly it was every freaking paragraph. And yes, it offends me a lot. So I didn't finish it. Maybe it won't bother other people so much, but for me that is a deal breaker.

This book is absolutely hilarious!! From start to finish I loved every second and couldn’t put it down!! Micah is the “princess” of the small town of Butterpond. She works in the zoning department, making sure everyone follows the rules when it comes to building. Julian is the hometown hero. Everyone thinks he can do no wrong. And all he wants is to build a barn for his family farm. But Micah isn’t going to make it easy after he insults her. After a couple of deals are made she will consider signing off on him building his barn. I love the back and forth between the two. They both give as good as they get. I really enjoyed the characters and the story. Well written book. I will definitely read more of her stories.

Wow! Hot and steamy and hilariously funny. Julian is back home, trying to rebuild the family farm but also the family itself, after their father passed away. Micha is a zoning ordinance officer and she has to approve Julian's petition for a new barn, for the farm he trying to restore. Julian and Micah dislike each other right from the beginning, but they are attracted to each other. They seem to can't get along even when they are in bed anyone would think that they are a horrible match, but what happens when there Night of passion leads to an unexpected coincidence a real surprise for both parties cause they can't stand each other.

Micah (a woman) deals with zoning and building in a small town. Julian, a pillar of community, ex professional athlete who has come home to try to save the family farm. Quick to speak and not using a filter, Julian begins by insulting Micah when she comes out to talk to him about building a barn. She is basically swallowed up by mud...then the next time he sees her he doesn’t recognize her and then thinks she an escort..
Their conversations back and forth are funny, clever and snarky...that they finally hook up ( just the beginning of their problems ) shows their traction to each other.
Fun, sharp and looking forward to more.

Micah Robinson is a zoning officer and Julian Payne wants to build a barn on his farm. Their first meeting was hilarious and every time after that. This book caught me from the beginning and I didn’t stop until I was finished. Micah had a plan that she didn’t want to deviate from and Julian didn’t believe in plans. Micah doesn’t have a relationship with her parents and Julian is trying to repair his with his brothers and sisters.

Their chemistry is through the roof and Sosie threw down with the steamy scenes. The book was a great read wher you will laugh at all the banter between Micah and Julian (we also can’t forget his brothers and sister).

I received this Advanced readers copy for a honest review.

I voluntarily read the arc copy of this book. Julian and Micah were refreshing and the chemistry these two exudes were hotter on and off the pages. I enjoyed the banter and bitterness between these two. The slick comments were funny and the clap backs were hilarious. The extra characters for the fair had me laughing out loud. They had an unbelievable libido that had fire burning from the pages off my Kindle.
Sosie had a great built up with their weird relationship and she made it work. I was very much entertained with the antics and misfortune that followed this pair.
Yes I would say this book is definitely an one click insta read.

They both hate each other. Half the time they are together, they are planning how to mess with each other, the other half? They spend thinking about sex. Micah is only trying to do her job, the whole town hates her because she's trying to get them to follow the rules, she is forced too try to win them over so she can keep her job. Julian only wants to make the family farm work again, and the only thing standing in his way is Micah. They will have to figure out how to work together if they want to shoot their goals. Addictive read, hard to put down. Good for those who enjoy fights, humor and romance.

This is the second book in the Payne brother series and it was a fun read. I would recommend reading the first book before this one because it sets up the story and if you don't read you will miss out on understanding the characters emotions and reasons for doing certain things. We have Julian and Micah in this story and omg the banter between these 2 was fun to read. While the banter is funny this book still makes you feel up and downs and keeps you wanting to know who it will all turn out. The end of the book really surprised me and I can't wait to see where the next book takes us!!!

I’ve left a voluntary review after receiving a free copy of this book.”

All Julian Payne wanted was to build the barn and grow the farm back up to what it used to be when his parents were alive.

What Julian new was it wasn't going to be easy. Cassi his baby sister did her share and he screwed up his career before it even started. Tidus the bad boy did enough damage to last a lifetime, Varius cut ties with God and everyone else alone time ago and Marius the Seal lost his leg and something far worse in The front lines of battle, but what Julian Payne wasn't expecting was the fire cracker Micah.

Loved this second installment by Sosie Frost

I wanted to love Boyfrenemy. However I feel as though Baby Jacked our shined this one. I just had issues getting into this story that started with the bar scene right at the beginning. It was funny at times, but I also felt like it dragged at times. I was missing that strong connection between Julian and Micah. Towards the end of the story I felt a stronger connection but by then it was just too late. I’m still interested in the next book of the series. This one just didn’t work for me.

Julian and Micah deserve an award for their banter and ability to prove that love at first encounter does exist.

The first sentence of this book sealed it for me that I wasn't going anywhere until I read every single letter.

One of the best rom-com I've ever read. Sosie had me laughing with the dry humor and innuendos passed between our not in love couple.

Have no doubt you're going to be in for a very good time with this one. You can bet the farm on that!!

I love to read enemies to lovers books, and Sosie Frost has certainly done this book justice. Micah and Julian definitely rub each other the wrong way, but unfortunately for them they kinda need each other at the same time.
This book is hilarious in parts, and the way Julian at the start kept putting his foot in his mouth with Micah was absolute gold. There are so many characters in the small town that all add to the craziness of their story - it is just fantastic.

While the chemistry between Micah and Julian is clearly there, albeit exclusively sexually, it wasn't enough to carry this story. Yes, it wowed in the last two chapters, but just getting there felt like a feat. Micah's attitudes and behavior are so unbelievable that I felt no sympathy for her, so there was no cheering for a brilliant ending for the couple, and Jason, well, at least he had a few good points. The book had potential, but the title is just too YA and the characters too unsympathetic.

I read an ARC of this book.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book and this is my honest review/opinion. The book was interesting. Julian wants to rebuild a barn on his farm. He needs Micah to sign off on the building request. He is a jerk to her and she denies his application. Things happen between them and he agrees to help her with the setting up of the town fair in exchange for her help with his application. It was interesting. Definitely for 18 and over readers. The way Julian speaks to Micah during their first few interactions is not very believable. He is very sexually graphic with someone he had never met.

Julian and Micah was a great enemies to lovers story. Well written with likeable characters and an entertaining story line. Micah's a big city girl who's working as a zoning officer in a small town. She and Julian are opposites and clash over regulations concerning a barn on his family farm. Plenty of fireworks but chemistry that's off the charts and a surprise baby on the way. No spoiler here but this is a fun book to read with lots of drama and twists. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.

Julian and Micah are an enemy's to lovers romance that is hard earned throughout this book. The drama and laughter were fabulous. Micah is held back by childhood fear and Julian just pushes and pushes here through so get her to believe. Loved this book, great read.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. Funny awkward first meeting between Julian and Micah that really muddied their relationship. The second meeting was not any better when Julian thinks that Micah is an escort. Then thinking the third time will be the charm, when they have off the wall sex separating them from a room full of towns people waiting for the meeting to begin. Love hate relationship that ends with a pregnancy that brings the couple together and the broken Payne siblings together.

Micah and Julian are a match made in heaven, even though they don't know it, and can't stand each other. They are constantly arguing, and the making up and shiver making. They are both on different future paths, and can't see how they can come together on one road to the future There are lots of laugh-out-loud moments, and stressful ones when Micah's father tries to influence her zoning decisions, and Julian's brothers that can't get along with anyone, especially each other. GREAT READ.

This book is fabulous! I laughed my butt off throughout the entire book! Even when they are getting down and dirty they are funny. Micah has her life planned out. But then she meets Julian her life will never be the same. He needs approval to build a new barn and she’s the one who can grant it or not. There is obvious dislike upon first meeting. But that changes ....wait I’m not spoiling this for you, read this book. It’s fun, heartwarming, and hot as hell! A must read! Love this book!

This book was highly entertaining and definitely not boring. I really enjoyed the characters and story! Jules and Micah were great. The only negative of the book is I just wanted more chemistry and passion between Jules and Micah.

I loved this book, the banter between Julian and Micah is priceless, I was laughing out loud more than once. Julian is determined to rebuild the family farm, Micah is the county planning officer who holds the permit for his barn in her hands. The two immediately get off to a rocky start, neither one likes the other but they sure are attracted to one another and when they come together it is explosive. This was a great enemies to lovers book can't wait for the next in the series. I voluntarily read an ARC copy for an honest review.

“I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.” Julian and Micah's story starts at full speed and doesn't really slow down. It's half full of smack talk and the other half is dirty talk and the action between the two follows that up. The Payne brothers' romance stories (2 so far) have built our relationship with all characters and I look forward to more really good writing from Sosie Frost and getting a close look at the rest of the brothers. Even though the first book was about their sister :)

Julian seems like the kind of man every woman wants to love except for Micah. It's hate at first sight. As the saying goes first comes then comes marriage but not for these two.. first comes baby then love and marriage.. fireworks included!! Micah is a spitfire and Julian is determined to tame her. Their love is a battlefield but well worth the fight. I can't wait for the next book in the Payne Brother series.

Hilarious contemporary romance/comedy with plenty steam! When you start reading 'Boyfrenemy' don't read in a public place because it's definitely laugh out loud funny. I enjoyed the back and forth banter in this book. I did a lot of chuckling throughout the book. The premise is real life: you make plans and then one mistake and your plans are null and void. “Cowboy” goes with the flow and “princess” schedules her bathroom breaks. How will they make a relationship work? Read to find out. I read an ARC and voluntarily gave this review.
