Blood Lines (Detective Kim Stone crime thriller series) (Volume 5)

Love this series! It is genuine, authentic law enforcement. I have worked with women just like Kim and am proud of my 30 years in criminal justice. Marsons character development and plot are spot on. Waiting for the next one!!

Kim Stone and her team continue to evolve as characters while they are solving challenging cases. Ms Marsons reveals more of each character in every episode. They come across as real people with real strengths AND weaknesses, sometimes you wish you could be more like them and sometimes you are glad you're not. The plots seem to be well thought out and easy to follow but not so transparent that you solve the crime before the team. Thank you, Ms Marsons. You can count me as a fan!

Blood Lines, the fifth installment of the Detective Inspector Kim Stone series by Angela Marsons is as un-put-downable as the previous books in the series. I've read them all in a row and am looking forward to book six.

Dci stone never fails to deliver for a great fast paced thrilling read. I'm never dissapointed! She and her team always keep you on the edge of your seat right up until they get the bad guy...or gal. Always hate to see the last page and can't wait for the next one!!!

Not because of the solution to the mysteries or what happened, but only because I wasn't following Kim Stone around any more. As with the first four books in the series, it is a good mystery and we find out more about our main characters.

I liked the Kim Stone character immediately when I read the first book. Now we are 5 books into the series and I am enjoying them even more. The tough, though deeply flawed, detective and her team have become favorites and I look forward to the next adventure.

Each book just gets better and better. Ms. Marsons has crafted believable, engaging characters, and the plots are finely honed. I'm looking forward to the next book in her series! Keep them coming, Angela Marsons!!

I've enjoyed this series and looking forward to reading book 6. I think the author has created strong characters and the plots are believable while maintaining an unpredictable whodunit aspect. I have yet to predict the culprits or the plot twists. I also enjoy learning more about Kim's past and the relationships she builds as the series progresses.

I have really enjoyed all of Angela Marson's books and the Kim Stone series is totally gripping. Blood Lines is the best and I anxiously await Book 6 in the series. Didn't see this ending coming - surprise!

Love her books & this was no exception. DI Kim Stone is one of my favorite characters. Someone from her past shows up again in this one which makes for a very good thriller with quite the surprise ending. I highly recommend this book.

Marsons is currently my favorite author. I will never tire of reading her stories with Kim. Her characters are so amazingly complex. I never know who did it until she reveals it. I think this will always be my favorite series. Now get busy writing the next one!

Really like this series - but really dislike Alex Thorne!!! Found it hard to read the chapters where she manipulated everyone so well, but I guess those feelings are meant to be evoked. Glad Kim is becoming more human.

Kim Stone is emotionally scarred but manages to keep it hidden from all but a couple of people. Her character is sometimes a little too intense for me that is what makes her such a good Detective Inspector. Her interactions with Alex were especially intense. The book was difficult to put down.

I'm hooked on this series. Complicated plots, lots of twists and turns, and the main character is spot on. A woman after my own heart. I look forward to many more books from this author with the usual cast of characters. Top notch.

I like Kim Stone because she actually has a heart for the underdog. She has a vulnerability that is genuine and will make your heart hurt. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mysteries. You will enjoy it.

I truly enjoyed reading this book. It keeps your interest through our. I was always anxious to get back to reading more. I wish someone could
proof read the Kindle because there are quite a few misspelled words.

I chose this rating because I thoroughly enjoyed it. I have enjoyed all of Angela Marsons books. I love all the characters and the storyline is NEVER disappointing. Enthralling. Well written. I'm sooo looking forward to her next novel.
