This was a pleasant read. Kind of predictive . It ended abruptly , like an unfinished story. I wanted more revealed about the characters. Maybe the author continues in her next book?? I don't know if I'll try it though. .

I downloaded this book because I have lived in and also visited Cedar Key. Her descriptions are so right. Cedar Key is a unique community located in the Gulf of Mexico. The story is good also, a good read. I happened to be visiting Cedar Key as I am reading the book.

This romantic, Beautifully written Christian Novel touched my heart with a story of love, loss and rekindled love. The setting was so well described that it made me want to visit. I highly recommend this book.

Chasing Sunsets read a little too preachy for me. I couldn't connect with any of the characters, especially Kim. And I never felt like I was actually in Cedar Key. Guess this just isn't my type of book.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Eva knows the Lord and conveys it in her story. I was hoping to get the answer to what her ex would do. I will now have to wait to purchase the next leg of the story.

Learning to trust God instead of thinking you have to control everything is not always an easy lesson to learn. Every situation in life is not only what you see, but also what you don't want to see. Only God can sort it out.

Iliked this book very much. Characters are rich and developed nicely. Really liked that things didn't wrap up nicely at the end and that there is more to come. Course that's also my only criticism! Sad to say I love nothing more than the throw the book across the room in frustration feel at the end!

Wonderful glimpse of Cedar Cove - have put it on my bucket list to visit there. The author had a great way of making one be able to smell the salt air and almost be able to experience one of the amazing sunsets.

This book grabs your attention from the get go and just keeps reeling you in! Well written, with memorable characters, the story is full of real life--with all it's dreams and disappointments. Hope there is a sequel!

I have never read this author before this book. But I am hooked I can't wait to get other books she has written to see what happens next. I love how she draws you in with her descriptions of the different characters. Definitely an author for my book collection.

Sweet and touching story set on the coast. I got involved with the main character, Kimberly, but even more so with Patsy. The sub plot with Patsy made me want to read another book with just her storyline. This is a nice, relaxing, easy read.

Good story...very well written...Loved it. If you are looking for hot and heavy sex...not for you. If you are looking for genuine, realistic storytelling then this is it. I will read more of Eva Marie Everson.

Chasing Sunsets deals with current topics of family sanctity. Topics include surviving divorce, alcoholism, lost love, rejection, misunderstanding, and new dreams. Great book focused on high moral code of ethics. The ending was a little abrupt but I enjoyed the plot development.

Loved it! The picturesque writing was awesome. The book came alive in my mind. The topic of divorce and the effect on the family was so true to life today. I loved Patsy. She is a wonderful Christian neighbor that lives her faith.

Well written, interesting story that kept my attention right to the end. Really nice to read something that has been well thought out, is believable and has all of the ugly words left out. I loved it!

It takes a minute to get into the characters, however, once you do ,you,re hooked. If you like southern stories about families and the loves, triumphs, and heartache that is encountered in one, you will love this series, yes I said series because you can,t stop until you have read all three. I loved them!

Reality can take many forms and shapes.
This book is a slow invitation to look at some real issues that we face daily and still find a way to push down the pain of what is sometimes called the truth.
This book will not disappoint you

the ending SUCKED. I like reading books that are sequels, but not when the book ends like someone just got tired of writing and quit. I think it was a very tacky ending. Too many things were left up in the air.
