Farm Animals Coloring Book (Dover Little Activity Books)

I did not expect this to be a mini coloring book, but it is. My daughter likes this, and it's great for her to carry around. She's 1 so it's the perfect size. The illustrations are nice too, and there is lots to color. However, if I had known it wasn't a full-size coloring book, I probably wouldn't have bought it.

This is a tiny book and I missed the size in the description until I just went back and reread it. Way too small for the age group that these are meant for. Unfortunately, I was not able to leave accurate seller feedback because they only asked about another book on this same order.

The book is fine but it isn't very clear when ordering that it is such a small book. I was expecting a fullsize coloring book. For $1.50 its not that big of a deal but would be nice if the size was made more obvious in the description.

I should have read the reviews, because I didn't realize that this was a mini coloring book. Still, it is cute, and it is non commercial, which is a big plus in my world. If this is a gift, buy several "Little Activity Books" at a time, or else your gift will look too small. Also, as several customers have said, these make excellent party favors for little kids.

"Pay close attention to the dimensions of the book; this book is tiny. I enlarged it on the copier by quite a bit to create a usable-size (i.e., 8-1/2"x11") worksheet for my young students. Pre-schoolers may have a hard time coloring the small pages, so I recommend that you enlarge them, too. Otherwise, I agree with the other reviewer that it would make a nice party favor if it's not going to be used for other purposes, like in a classroom to supplement an alphabet lesson"

I really wish I would have paid attention to the dimensions and the reviews. I was so disappointed to get these books. I ordered two, one for my son, and one for my niece. It would be a joke to give these to them. They are three and four.

While this has great illustrations, make sure you read the dimensions before you buy it! It came today and I was totally surprised that it's about 5 inches tall. I like it, and we'll use it, but I should have followed my advice. ;)

These items were great for either a boy or girl and good for the two younger age ranges. Its important to be careful when ordering items as some items are prohibited from being placed in the shoeboxes. Using products like these my wife and I were able to pack about 120 shoeboxes for less than $100.sed for operation christmas child shoeboxes.

I should have read the dimensions of this book before I purchased it as it is TINY. Would not have bought it had I realized how small it was. I think it would be a good stocking stuffer due to the size but it is a very small coloring book.

As a vegan I ordered this book thinking it would be good for my child to have fun coloring and appreciating the farm animals we love so much. I didnt think for a childrens coloring book it would talk about eating them!

I could have bought normal size books at the local five and dime. Using the store to purchase them seemed expedient. Boy was I taken for a fool. They fit in the palm of my hand. I hate them and it would cost too much to return.

Like other reviewers I failed to realize that this coloring book would be TINY. My almost 2 year old doesn't quite have the dexterity to use it but I've put it away for later. It is a cute book, just itty bitty.

Perhaps it will be good to keep stashed in my purse to keep her occupied at restaurants when she's a little older.

I bought this as a gift and was surprised at the mini-size of this book. I think it might be okay for travel for some children, but when I fold the book back to color, it seems as if the pages in the back are going to fall out. The pictures are aimed at 3-6 year-olds, but I'm wondering if it will be too difficult for them to color in such a small page. The pictures would have been good if not for printing them in small book. Just my thought in the moment.

I bought this book for my two grandsons. They love it! When we are coloring in our adult coloring books, it gives them the opportunity to enter the fun! They also love the comments on each page. We have read it frequently. The quality well-exceeds the price!!

This coloring book is very tiny!...Smaller than I expected. I guess I should have paid closer attention to the product dimensions posted before buying. So be sure to check that before you buy this expecting a typical full size coloring book.

Tiniest Coloring book ever! Actual size 4.25 x 5.75 inches, looks like a normal size one on the store. Do not buy unless you want a coloring book that fits in your pocket! Very thin too, not many pages. Rip off.

As noted by others, I was surprised and disappointed that this coloring book was so tiny. However, I'm giving it three stars because my two year old likes it and it actually comes in handy for car trips and as a distraction in restaurants, etc. Paper quality is nice and animals are cute.

I was surprised by the size of this coloring book, it's very small, and I think for little kids it's more difficult to draw on such a small surface. I guess I should have pay attention to the dimension.
But overall for the price that's not to bad.

Title misled me. I thought the animals were little not the book. Way too small for a toddler or pre-schooler. Same goes for the other books in the series--be aware small means the book and pictures are small not the animals are small.
