Absolutely love this book! So jam packed with information on every topic under the sun. It gives details on each individual oil and the bkends. It has quick reference guides to certain ailments and even emotional health. Then in the back it goes into greater depth with recipes to put together on your own.

This book is absolutely amazing. It gives you a breakdown of the different essential oils and their uses. The essential oil recipes in here are amazing and it lists them by category. A very good book to find anything you need related to essential oils and wellness.

Love this book! Am a doterra consultant and I refer to this book constantly. Easy to use and the perk I find most useful is the daily use suggestions complete with recipes. Well worth the money. Must have to broaden your essential oil experience.
