Book 1 (Amish Faith (False Worship) Series) - False Worship

Do yourself a favor and do not start this series. The author should have spent her time writing about all that is lovely and of good report about the Amish instead of by trying to venture into poorly written and even worse Englisher crime fiction. "hooligans" should have alerted me that I was wasting my time.

At sixteen yearsof age she had to take on the responsibility for the house and this new person wants her to marry and leave, A must read for a special price from the store kindle books. Amish fiction totally shouldn't be my jam, if you look at what else I read, but hey, it was free, so why not? The characters in this book, especially Beth, are really likable and interesting, which is great, but some darker stuff is coming in the future for sure. I really hope things work out for Beth and her dad (but will they?). So I'll go check out book two, and you should, too!

There were SO MANY grammatical errors in this series of books. As an educator it was annoying. The content of the book was above average but I have read a lot better. I love scripture but much of the series is simply stating scripture.
