Resistance (The New Earth Series Book 3)

I enjoyed this entire series and was sorry when it ended. If there are additional books in the series I will get them. Good character development. A lot of high tech. As with any scifi type story you have to be willing to suspend belief at times - in this case many, many narrow escapes. But I like that - prefer not to see good characters killed off.

I love this whole series. Very creative and well written. I also like the way he does not rehash the past events in the present book. Lots of action and lots of twists. Really makes you would what you would do in a similar earth event. Very well edited. Highly recommend it and the whole series. Couldn't wait to read this and I was not disappointed. Great Sci-fi on earth.

An excellent third installment in the Nomad series. In Sanctuary, we saw Jessica and friends finally make it to safety in their post apocalyptic world, but it can never be that easy!

Mather's research into what would happen to our world if this kind of terrifying event happened is once again masterfully demonstrated.

I read this book in three days, it was impossible to put it down. If you've read his previous entries in the series, you can't miss this one. If you haven't, go read Nomad and Sanctuary right now, then come back for this.

Fast-paced, great characters and a plot that's coming together in a way that makes it impossible to know the endgame.

Only hiccup is a dozen or so typos that could easily be avoided (I'd be happy to scan for these for free if you're interested, Mr. Mather).

Book 3 will not disappoint. Plenty of action to keep you going. The plot twists and turns just keep coming. If you have read Nomad and Sanctuary already, this is a must read now. If you haven't started this series yet, I highly recommend you get them all.

I will admit I wanted more from the Mars mission. Who's the bad guy, and who's the good guy? Always keeps you guessing. I can't wait for the conclusion. If you've read one through three this will not disappoint. I can highly recommend. Gbash

Another great book by Mather. Although this was the shortest and my least favorite book of the nomad series, it did an excellent job of continuing the story and leading into the fourth and final book coming out in March 17. Mather is an excellent writer with great characters.

I have followed the whole saga from the beginning, it's intense and can't wait to see it in the big screen, that would be amazing. The ending is really good, totally unexpected and it leaves you wanting for more.

How many times must you have your leading lady say the same words, or think the same thoughts, befor you think your reader gets bored.
Character development and depth, would be greatly appreciated.

Felt like I was there! Matthew Mather keeps you on the edge of your seat and ready for more. The third book in the Nomad series does not disappoint. Once I started reading I could not put it down. If you have read Nomad and Sanctuary, then Resistance is a must read.

Although Nomad is a series, the plot continues to twist at a steady pace. And just when you think you know who the good guys and bad guys are, there's a revelation or partial revelation that makes you think twice. This is a very different view of how a nearly end of the world cataclysm plays out.
