The premise is fine, the zombies look awesome. That's the good part. The bad part is the writing is awful and as the book draws to a close every scene feels rushed and carelessly slapped together. Wasted potential.

Think of a substandard quality "manga" in every way. The art looks below the quality of many web comics I've seen, the story is full of groan inducing tropes, it's way too short and they're not even zombies.

I was not impressed with the story. After opening this novel it was not long before I found myself underwhelmed. My least favorite part of this book was the artwork. It was visually too dark making it very difficult to see any detail and muddled the entire page into a blackish gray mass.

I really like the character artwork. The rest is a bit underwhelming... nothing much in terms of originality, and lack of depth in the character development department. It read easily though. I'm a bit curious to the next chapter, but I don't know if I'd spend money on it.

The artwork was fantastic. That was pretty much what kept my enjoyment at its peak. This had a very big Resident Evil feel to it which, if you're like me, will increase your entertainment.
There was just something missing to this that I couldn't really put my finger on. Maybe it was too short or not enough dialog (though you can't have much dialog during violent chaos...)? What ever it was, its keeping me from giving a 5-star rating.
I would be interested I continuing this if it doesn't get cancelled. I'm hoping the "generic" gets written away so I can come back to this gorgeous artwork and also find a good story. ?
Final rating: 3.75\5 stars

I love zombie stories as much as the next person, and this book did not disappoint. It has good storytelling, action, horror, the usual jackass character we can't wait to see bite the dust,ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL artwork, all the elements we'd expect in a survival story. I won't give spoilers but these aren't your typical zombies. It's unique spin on them, however, is original in the origin of the "infection" besides the usual chemical outbreak we've all heard one hundred times. A definite must-read for zombie fans. Loved every page of it. Hope they break out more books soon!!! :D

When I first read the description of this manga, I was extremely skeptical. "A zombie horror story? Never heard that before."
When I noticed that I hadn't borrowed my free book for the month (being a Prime member), I decided to give the manga a chance.
Don't get me wrong, I have an obsession with zombie stories. I just assumed I had seen it all by new. When I turned to the first page of this manga, it was a reality check for my imagination.
The art itself is magnificent. I've read more manga than I care to count, and this has to be one of the most frame-by-frame detailed manga works I've ever read. The zombies themselves have a fantastically unique look, and although the faces are a TINY bit awkward at times, that is incapable of taking away from the gruesome beauty of this manga.
The story is decent, definitely unique, and surprisingly original considering the genre.
You're in for a good read~

Exciting beggining to an epic dystopia that takes an infection trope into a new lens with a twist of sci-fi and some great artistic beauty. There is so much potential for the next one. I can't wait to find out what will happen.

I love reading stuff about zombies and etc so this book really hit the spot, I imagine how it would be in anime form, epic! I don't want to give the book away by explaining why I rated it 5 stars. You will just have to figure it out yourself when you read it. Also, I would recommend this to whoever likes zombie related books.

For starters, I loved the art, the delicate lines are great. They are fine and precise, absolutely gorgeous. I can't rave enough about the art, I totally loved it. These guys did a great job of using their "grays" too. It was much more enjoyable than just black and white. Cool story, I loved the heroine, adorable and tough. Hahaha Gov. Chrisy. Hahaha good one. I got this as an the store borrow a book, but I am definitely gonna go back and buy it. And any more if they're available.

This was a decent start to what could potentially be the next big thing in the zombie craze that has taken root in pop culture.
The storyline is interesting, so far there's nothing that stands out drastically to make this a gem but it has the potential to become one. It gives subtle promises to a brand new take on zombie horror, I just hope it lives up to those promises.
The art isn't bad, it's actually rather good. Its just not my usual preferred style, but it is in no way poor quality. The detail and shading is great.
Honestly the only other real problems with Pandora was a typo or two, something that should not prevent anyone for giving this graphic novel a try.

I read this with a free trial of Kindle Unlimited and I really enjoyed it. The story is interesting and keeps you on your toes. The artwork is impressive and well done. I look forward to reading more.

I went into this with mostly negative expectations. I am a fan of a variety of manga but not usually interested in projects outside of Japan. This is now officially an exception to that rule. The art style was very nice and the story both unique and compelling. It is definitely worth a read for fans of manga and/or zombies. I hope there will be a future for this series.

The book was simply magnificent in its art and storytelling. Zombie outbreaks are always fascinating because they can be told in so many different ways. This book did a great job in keeping a genre different enough to be addictive. Many elements have been seen before but its still original enough to keep you curious

Hopefully it continues and if so I think there is good potential for the story. Although I was a little surprised at how fast it seemed the Mc went from seemingly helpless to bad ass I still liked it over all.

I am absolutely in love with everything about this but especially the art style. I was captivated, examining every detail, every line stroke. The fabric details were especially beautiful. The zombies/monsters are very impressive. Getting over my awestruck of the art itself, the story is interesting and easy to follow and understand and I really can't wait for more!

It might start out boring but reading it through twice, it actually produce more question than answer, a very thoughtfully and carefully created artwork. The artwork is smooth but too much thing squeeze into one page at some pages and too bland at some, that is the only thing I can complaint about

Really good story starter, can become quite the arc. Keep up the good work and good art. Not for kids under like 10 but if they watch horror films they can read this book. Usual monsters vs humans zombie outbreak stuff great story and developing characters

A very well drawn and action filled zombie apocalypse type of story. I enjoyed it enough to want a second volume, but would rather have a physical copy. The pages took much longer to load than other manga I've read on my kindle and in the kindle app on my phone
