Ashes in the Wind

I love Woodiwiss. She keeps me reading and I just can't put the book down, always wondering what will happen next.
She also has a small amount of mystery in her stories. I have read all of her books and continue to reread them every so often.

I've read this book several times over the years. I really enjoy it. The characters are three dimensional since the author describes them so well. I would consider "Ashes in the Wind" to be one of my favorite books.

I discovered this book many years ago, and my hard copy is worn and frayed due to the number of times I have rad it.

It is a story rich in narrative description, the characters are old friends, I would recommend this book to anyone who loves to read.

Like all of authors books " a damn fine read"

One of my all time favorites! Kathleen Woodiwiss has written many novels and sometimes falls short of expectations, but "Ashes" brings the Civil War period to life with endearing, memorable characters!

I love this book......have been looking for it for a long time and finally found it!
I am also looking for a little book with a line in it or the title about cream rising to
the top....if anyone knows what it is. PLEASE let me know!!! It was wonderful.
I can't even remember the author! Thnx
