This book is filled with surprises, secrets, twist and tens that I really did not see coming. I love Nixon and I like Chase but putting them against each other was just cruel.

The story may revolve around mafia, drama and death but Rachel Van Dyken does it in such a superb way, her writing is amazing and I devoured this book so fast, I need the next one ASAP.

It's a really great read.

I really enjoyed this book! I loved reading it in Nixon's, Chase' s and Phoenix's POV. I feel like the book ended to quickly considering who's story this was. I fell like things weren't fully resolved between Trace and Nix. That being said, I liked this book even better than Elite, I also love how Rachel handled the love scene, thanks for leaving out the graphic details. Rachel's book's are always a delight to read! She is a very talented author.

I think writing reviews is not my best thing. However I wanted to write a little soemthing about this book. I think that the author she be very proud of her work. She has done an amazing job at the action and loved displayed in her story. I was amazed at how captivated I was with this read. I was hanging on each word. It was suspensful, emotional and pleasing. Great read!

I have to admit that Rachel Van Dyken is definitely one of my favorite authors. I have not been disappointed in any of her books. I may have been sitting on the edge of my seat and chewing on my finger nails while reading some her books (this one included) -- and I will add I have not been disappointed at all. Rachel can definitely weave a good story. Love Nixon and Trace and I really love these books.

*Spoilers* Amazing! Action, suspense, drama, love, hate, murder, torture, family, friends, enemies. ....this series has everything! The love between Nixon and Trace is powerful and can't be stopped. Two souls become one and death can't even stop it! Chase....he loves her too but his is a selfish love. Everything Nixon does is selfless and beautiful! I need the next book asap!

I was left wanting after I finished the first book and couldn't wait for this one to come out. It didn't disappoint. I was torn between two loves just like the character, and despite the fact that originally I thought the heroine was a push over, she came into her own and managed to keep a handle on the life that she never expected. I highly recommend the Eagle Elite series to everyone!

Even better than the first book!!! This books keeps you guessing til the end! WOW what drama!!! This book is soooo intense. It's hard to stop reading it!!! All these characters are a joy to read about. Especially the love triangle with Nixon, Tracey and Chase. You wind up falling in love with both men just like Tracey does. It gets hard to pick which one is best for her!

My only complaint is that it takes totally too long to get the next book out!!! Rachel Van Dyken is an outstanding author and this story is a true testament to her abilities. Wow! My only suggestion is that you "Must Read" both books. I promise you will not be disappointed!!! Please hurry with book three of this series.

The story of Trace and Nixon continue in the second book. It picks up right where Elite left off, but this time each chapter is written from a different characters perspective. I loved that! It allowed the reader to see what each main character was thinking and feeling in certain situations.

Have enjoyed several books from Rachel, but this series has been one of my favorites. I loved how she tied in so much suspense and drama with Trace and Nixon's love story. Read the book in two nights, and hope there is another book coming. This book was about friendship, loyalty, love, betrayal, secrets...Absolute must read!!

Another well written book from Rachel Van Dyken, and a great second book in the Eagle Elite series. Written from the male POVs of the main characters, you gain different insights from the first book. This has a different feel to it - more violent, and 'darker'. Looking forward to continuing the story in Entice

The group is back and with another story that just does not stop! This story has ups and downs that leave you on the edge of your seat and sometimes near tears! It is a great book that you will love and will be anxiously awaiting the next in the series. Rachel worked her magic again for another great story!

I love Rachel's books! This one did not disappoint. The story continues from the first book, and man was this book intense! There were a lot of surprises that I was not expecting. However, I did miss Mo. She was heard more in Elite and the school wasn't much of a factor too, which I missed. I am so excited for the next installment. Thanks, Rachel!

Holy carp, so much just happened and there's still another book to go. I'm not sure who I love more...Nixon or Chase. My heart ached for Trace in this book. She has had to deal with enough stuff to last a person a lifetime. Can't wait to read the next one.

I really need more... I wish there was an epilogue I wanted to know what else happens.... hopefully there is another book for Nixon and trace... I couldn't stand Chase he was annoying the he'll out of me.

Both books were awesome. Twists and turns and of course there is a love triangle. I want my daughter to read these as they are similar to twilight but with a mafia twist instead of vampires. These books would make great movies!! Looking forward to the next book.

Rachel had me sucked in since book 1 and continues to keep me sucked in! Cant wait to start the next book! This series is being highly recommended by thousands of readers and now I see why! You will love and hate some of the characters!

I have been waiting for this book from the moment that Elite (book#1) came out and I must say that it did not disappoint! I absolutely love this author and have not been able to find a book of hers that I do not like but this series is my favorite of hers. I loved it and I know you will too!!

This book was intense and heartbreaking at times. But there is a twist that will have you thanking your lucky stars. In order to understand this book you will need to read the first book of the series. This series is a good read that anyone who loves a good drama packed love story will enjoy!

Elect is another home run for author Rachel Van Dyken!!!! I won't say much so not to give anything away you must read was amazing you will laugh scream and cry and then in the end say ok that was amazing!!!!

The series is great -- action, romance, hot guys! -- but this is probably my least favorite book of the bunch. I get that Trace is 18 years old, but seriously, love isn't epic if you have it with more than one person. This book ended leaving me feeling totally dissatisfied -- the scene with the guy she ended up NOT choosing was way more romantic than the reunification with the guy she did choose. Come on!

I really loved the first book Elite and now Elect has been an excellent conclution to both books. I wonder sometimes why authers don't just write 1 book. This would have been an excellent choice for 1 larger story, rather than 2, but both books were good reading and enoyable!

Definitely worth the read, but all the twists were confusing at times. Who's good and who's bad changes a few times throughout the book. Doesn't have explicit sex scenes. Except for all the murder and violence, it's more of a new adult book. Also found myself wishing that the heroine would buck up and stop with the crying sometimes. But overall it was worth the money and time spent reading the book. Love triangle deluxe.

As always Rachel Van Dyken keeps the reader on their toes. You can't help but want to know what's next. There are plenty of surprises, some pretty dramatic moments and twists that hit you right where it counts. I can't wait for the next book.

I absolutely love Rachel's books. When I started this series I had no idea that it would go in this direction and if I had I wouldn't have thought I would have liked its thank goodness I didn't know because I would have missed out on an AMAZING series. I am happy to say in this book the love triangle has been put to rest and that she ended up with the one I have been rooting for from the beginning. But there is more story to tell and I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series. I would and have recommended this book to others and have even read the series more then once. This book is pack with suspense. Rachel Van Dyken delivers in this installment of the Elect series. I could not put it down you must read the first book because its a cliff hanger and this ones explains everything. Awesome!!

Love this series. Nixon has to deal with the original mafia family coming. Tracey had to deal with aftershock of being almost raped. Chase loves Tracey but doesn't want to betray Nixon. I highly recommend this book.
