The Seaside Series (New Adult Rocker Boxed Set)

loved the books but we're so many discrepancies. in book one Alex has green eyes by bok four blue. Jamyson is described as non drinker or drugs now by book three a drinker. Alex describes Demetry as not doing drugs or drinking until after he slept with his girlfriend then it comes out they were both high. Need some serious editing done to the books..

I so loved this series. What an amazing group of characters. The different story lines were superb. Love, romance, sadness, exciting, and any emotion you have was in this series. The different challenges in this series made it one of the best series I have read. Amazing writing. Keeps u interested from start to finish. Lots of twists and turns. Definitely worth the price. Would give this 10 stars if I could. Judy Sluka

The beginning of the first book was good, and the characters seemed interesting, but the substance behind the story just wasn't all that great. Characters bounce between loving and hating each other and then all being best friends in an incredibly short amount of time. The "Bad Boy" rocker image is a neat idea, but the vague comments about characters "being on drugs" in very vague ways makes for a really lackluster story. Add to that a bunch of soap-opera like twists and turns, and you end up with a mediocre wanna-be Twilight series.

Throw in that it's supposed to be geared towards young adults, and it just makes me cringe.

I loved this touching collection of books in the Seaside Series. I fell in love with both Alec and Demetri the rook duo of AD2. The author did an amazing job making these characters irresistible and gave them strong beautiful women to fall in love with.

I can't wait to read about Jaymeson in the next book. I highly recommend this series.

I seriously got myself in trouble with my husband because I couldn't put it down. I was so hooked that I had so many late, late, late nights that I had a very hard time getting up in the morning to get my kids to school. The characters were so awesome and lovable. Rachel did such a wonderful job with this series. I look forward to getting the next book and reading about Jaymeson and Priscilla.

Only read first book "Tear" which was fine - I enjoyed it but will have to come back later to the other three(3) books as I find I have too many others to read which I prefer. Scanned the other 3 and they did not seem as promising but perhaps they will be. Who knows! ?

Who wouldn't love reading about 2 teenage rock stars moving into a small town and falling in love with hometown girls? Every teenage girl's dream. It's Sweet Valley High with sex, drugs and rock n roll. While the over-the-top drama was fine, I just couldn't get past all of the errors. Grammatical errors and inconsistencies cluttered up the series and made it frustrating to read. I would have loved to have given this series a 4-star, but the lack of professionalism in not having the stories properly edited just ruined it for me.

Rachel Van Dyken you are brilliant. You bring the characters to life, so much so that I found myself laughing and smiling whilst reading these superb books. I fell in love with AD2 and just wanted to mother them. Love Love Love them.

Awesome! Rachel Van Dyken writes an emotionally charged series about 2 brothers with so many twists and turns you don't see what's coming next. Just when you want to hate someone, they have an earth shattering revelation. Love the series!
