I cant say enough about this book. The information is direct, concise, and makes a lot of sense. After the first few chapters, I was able to make changes in my business to simplify our approach and market to the right customers.

I like how the book covers building trust with customers, gaining customers, working with customers over the life-cycle and then gaining referrals for new leads. I have just finished reading the first couple of chapters and am already seeing the value that you provide. I am sure that by the end of this process I will have a far better understanding of what and how a marketing plan should look and consist of. Aside for all the great information I have thus far found it to be both an interesting and easy read, not really common in business books. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is struggling to put a marketing plan in place for their brick and mortar or online business. Thanks

Was skeptical about this book, but decided to give it a try after reading its rave reviews. Put simply, this is the single best book on marketing for small to medium businesses. The ideas & concepts laid out are so simple to understand, yet so cost-effective, that you'll slap yourself for not realising them sooner. With its incredibly low price, there's no reason to get this book.

This book is extremely detailed, goes into specifics and will pretty much guide you to exactly what you need to be doing no matter what business you are in. Your job is just to implement it. This may be the most useful book I've bought so far in my life.

I bought the book based on all the positive reviews. I wished I had looked it up on fakespot.com before purchasing. There is no way this book could have that high a number of real positive reviews. This book will not help you to craft your marketing plan. What I did learn from buying this book, is that a really intriguing title and a lot of fake reviews, sells books.

I was suspicious to borrow a Kindle unlimited business book for free, but this book was surprisingly well written and full of good information. As the author mentioned, most of the ideas (volume of content) are not his ideas, but he compiles them in an easy to understand way for non-trained-marketing people like myself.

I've been a business owner for 21 years and run various marketing programs with wildly different levels of success and this book helped me to understand the differences between the successes and the failures. I plan to replicate the successful programs and not the failures - see how smart I am? This book is definitely with the cost in both time and money for anyone responsible for marketing a small business. It comes with my highest recommendation.

This is undoubtedly the BEST marketing book I've read in a long time. It's a very practical book with great examples and simple explanations to lots of small businesses issues.
