I thought the story line was great and poor little miss remi! I gave this book a 2 because Teagan simply got on my nerves. She was a very whiney woman and too much too take. Her alone is the reason I did not read this book in its entirety. Give the main woman character some backbone next time.

Yup. I absolutely hated her. She was full of excuses and her decisions and her reasoning created a snowball effect that had me siding with brown chick for a minute or two. Chases inability to listen was hard to swallow I just wanted to smack him upside the head. Sorry but nope I hated her.

Teagan and Chase were young and madly in love. They were certain they would be together forever and had their whole future planned out. Teagan has been keeping a secret, a huge one that she never wanted Chase to find out but now she has no choice. When they meet back up after six long years tension is super high but it’s also so apparent that they still love each other very much. But once the secret is out can Chase possibly forgive her?

“ Tell me not to go, and I won’t go. You’re the most important thing to me.”

This was my first read by this Author. It was an emotional story with two people who were desperately in love and both only doing what they thought was best for the other. I liked the characters and the story but had a hard time feeling the connection between Teagan and Chase. It just wasn’t there for me as much as I wanted to be, so I did struggle in parts with this book. It was a good read overall and I did like it, I just didn’t love it. If you are in the mood for an emotional and heartfelt story this may be the one for you.

Sometimes we keep secrets thinking it is best for the other person, but it is never a good idea.

I just love me some Kahlen Aymes and I was soo excited when I seen she had wrote a new book. OMG this book grabbed me from the very beginning. I could tell I was absolutely going to have the feels while reading and I most certainly did throughout the book. I sooo fell in love with this story.

Teagan kept a huge secret, like a massive secret that happened in her teenage years. She let him think she did something to break his heart so he would leave and wouldn't make the wrong choice by staying with her, she wanted him to move on so he could make his life better.

"My dad always said hindsight was 20/20 but it didn't do anyone any good to think about what might have been, or what should have been. I'd wanted to make it right a million times in the years since, but how?"

Six years she kept this secret, but this secret had to be told now. It was between life and death. She had to choose life and put her big girl panties on and suffer the consequences of keeping this secret all of these years.

So now you need to pick up this beautiful, heartfelt, and oooohhhh sooo smoken HAWT romance to find out what the secret is and if he accepts her back into his graces. I just loved it!! I gave Trading Yesterday 5 Heartfelt Stars!!

6 stars but deserving of the galaxy

I have read so many amazing books this year so it gets hard to pick a favorite. Halfway through this book though and I knew I had my top read of this years in my hands. I couldn't put it down. It was perfect in every way. The angst, emotions tears, pounding heart, and unconditional love was everything you could ever dream for in a book. This book will truly remain in my heart for all of eternity. I knew I would love this book, but I had no idea how hard I would fall.

I really don't want to go too much into detail about what happens in the book because it will ruin your reading experience a bit. You really will just become fully immersed in Chase and Teagan's world and feel every emotion that they experience throughout this whole journey. It can definitely be heartbreaking and you absolutely need tissues. I promise it is more than worth it in the end.

To me, there is nothing better than being completely owned by such and emotional and real story such as Kahlen has so graciously gifted us with. This is definitely one you will surely regret if you don't move it to the top of your TBR. You're heart will he bursting at the seams by the end. I promise.

This story made me cry and laugh, and sometimes it mad me do both at the same time. This story was about redemption, forgiveness, and love. This is the first book I have read by Kahlen Aymes, and I can tell everyone that it won’t be the last time I read her books.

Trading Yesterday is about Chase and Teagan, these two are deeply in love or that is what Chase thought. His world turned upside down when Teagan left him…. What makes it 10x worse was her leaving him for his best friend. Chase is determined to move on but just when he thinks he’s over it, Teagan calls him needing his help.

This story was amazing, Teagan did what she did thinking about Chase, and what Chase thought he knew he really didn’t. Chase is amazing, I loved him, he deserved so much more!! Teagan made me mad so many times; she apologized so many times I got annoyed after a while. But apart from that, I loved this story so much. This story is what we need read, it’s a story that will break your heart and then put it back together again.

If you’re looking for something sweet, lovable, and good…. Then this story is for you.

This was such a beautiful love story although I have to admit I went through several tissues. Being a parent, I can’t even imagine the pain this couple has experienced. Keeping a secret that caused you pain is one thing, but missing out on years of your child’s life only to find out you may not have any time left is crippling. This story unfolds at the perfect pace allowing you to experience the whole story including the past. I really enjoyed the writing and plot. I couldn’t put this book down. I look forward to reading more from Kahlen in the future.

This book was really good and insanely emotional! I love second chance romances especially with secret baby’s/children. This is the first book I read from this author and I will be reading more. I really hope there is a book for Jenson he deserves to be happy too!

I so enjoyed this story. Remi was darling. I found the angst and intrigue of what went wrong entertaining. I did find the prolonged “I am sorry” just a bit taxing when he kept refusing to listen. I think the fight should have occurred a bit earlier. Having said that, not one thing kept me from reading this every spare moment of my day. I really enjoyed this book. It had a unique plot that was quite good.
