This book was beautifully written. I had expected a book chronicling her abuse. That she instead wrote about her survival and her journey as an adult made this book so much more powerful. This is a wonderful book for all the other "cockroaches" out there.

Leigh is an incredible person. What she went thru and what she survived is more than one person should have to go thru in a lifetime. Well written - clear, precise and can actually "feel" her emotions.

I read this book imimediately after the first book, "Call Me Tuesday." True story of how a young girl grows up being terribly abused and fights through life, struggling with the shadows of her past. I could not put it down either. Wonderful book. Shows how resilient the human spirit is in the face of intense circumstances. I would like to meet the author one day and give her a hug!

Amazing story, I have read David Pelzers books also. These brave individuals do not stand alone, what is society allowing to happen to millions of our children? Because people don't want to get involved!! We are involved and it is not easy but it is right.

This was an excellent read. The author, Tuesday, was so forthcoming in her account of abuse from her mother and how it affected her life and choices, decisions, etc. Kudos to the author for her bravery and courage...truly an amazing story.

Heartwrenching...so worth the read to be able continue cheering Tuesday on...and remembering to handle your precious children's delicate hearts and minds with the most care...when I'm loving my baby girl, I am loving Tuesday, the way she deserved...
