Serge does it again!!! Anew plot/subplots a couple of "former" characters and WHAM!!! Blindsided by new adventures and Serge administered "lessons" to the planet's most deserving dirtballs. And finally an enthusiastic "wow dude" to Coleman!!!!

Serge, Coleman and Mahoney never cease to surprise me. Wouldn't want to hang out with them but they sure are entertaining! Love the twists and turns and the many ways Serge's mind works at eliminating the enemy and Colemans laid back drunken stupors offers great reading. Can't wait for the next book!

Serge and Coleman, a team to be reckoned with. Have had the chance to read them all. Lots of similarities, but Serge`s devises get more creative. Genius, genius, genius. When is the first movie, your fans are ready.

Serge, Coleman and Mahoney do their part to weed out some nastry Florida predators. Serge makes sure they get what they deserve in some of his most creative ways yet. Sometimes Gonzo journalism can be truly satisfying. Great read by Tim Dorsey.

One of the better "Serge"books.Serge gets very creative in bringing justice to bad people. After so many books they can blend into each other but I found "Tiger Shrimp Tango to be more unique and creative.Nice tie in at the end for the different story lines.

Another great Tim Dorsey whacky and zany adventure thru the crazies of Florida. Serge and Coleman are on their worst behavior as always, a real thrill ride, goes from shocking gasps to gut splitting laughter.

Cheering villains who prey upon villains is a favorite pastime. Tim Dorsey has created a character beloved by anyone who reads the stories about our hero, who is also someone we'd rather never meet in person. Thanks Tim!

Serge Storms, Visionary or Serial Killer?
As is the "Norm," Serge helps keep Florida safe for the real people.
If you haven't climbed in the back seat behind Coleman, you haven't seen the Sunshine State.

Having read all of Tim Dorsey's novels, he appears to have hit a rut with the last three. I was hoping he would have his mojo back with this latest Surge story, but while entertaining, it just seems to be forced and rushed in development. I suggest a break between the book tour and the next book to really put some time into developing a serial story arc, and some polish on the plot twists. Dont rush out a new book, take your time writing the next one.
