Another review...I love the bundle. It's action packed and I cannot stay away from it. Now with the bundle I feel I get more bang for the buck. The author knows how to keep you interested for the whole series, Thanks. (SYONA)

Collectively, these three books were amazing! They flowed beautifully from one to the next. I'm so happy that I started the series after it's completion, and I don't have to wait to read the next book in the series.

Read the books, some parts enjoyable with interesting characters, however some parts are like stretching the truth to far, like Khronm the snow leopard was hurt in one part of the book and was up and running in two days, huh, and also whine, a leopard does not in my knowledge whine or beg for food, they growl. Thron the main protagonist, age 14 does all the heroic deeds which in my understanding having the behavior and demeanor of an person who is in early 20,s. I do understand the books are about magic, heroics and sacrifices of the characters, the villains need more character developments in order to make the series outstanding and deeply memorable. However I do believe these books are targeted for teens to young adults, if you like a book with fast pace action, not much development in characters and decent storyline then do go ahead and read the books, if you like characters with depth and emotion and intricate storyline then do try other authors who have been established in the fantasy genre and really good story lines.

Fire your editor. I really like the books but the grammatical errors are simply laughable. What are you paying the editors for if they can't correct simple sentences? Keel the books coming, maybe get a new editor.

I love this series. I am enthralled with the writing and can envision my self there as I am reading the words. I'm patiently waiting for the next book that comes out later this month (Jan 2014)and hope there will me even more : )

Although competently written and "reasonably" well edited (for an indie... there were missing or wrong words (or even NAMES!) a-plenty by book #6), this grew a bit tiresome for me. Another random quest or challenge followed every other, without any seeming reason, other than just to fill pages. Granted a certain amount of that lends flavor and allows fleshing out a world, but there comes a point when it just seems like marketing gimmicks and pulp. That point came several times for me here.

It was good enough to finish (I think -- still have a few dozen pages, I think), but I will NOT buy book 7 or whatever. I *might* still consider other works by the same author, but only if that particular series is finished. If this is how she (he?) stretches out the marketing tail, I'm pretty sure I'm done.

The first books of this series were pretty good, I was enjoying them, however, there are some aspects of the writer that have become irritating as I read more of the books. Example: the repetition of phrases and expressions. "He gave it all he had" or similar, is used very often, " the use of "most" of extreme expressions is constant, meaning that he "had never felt so lonely", or "had never loved so much", which ends up taking away the true relevance to that moment of the plot and to the character.
The story line is good, however, sometimes there are to many changes in the parallel stories, which make the reading loose some of its continuity.
I will continue reading the other books, however, this could have been done better.

So, you get going in this series and then Wham... Everything become cliche'. The fights become so logically ridiculous that if you really sat down to imagine them, you realize how impossible the 'sequence of events' within the fights really are! For example, a warrior prepares a swing to decapitate a legion member when Thor notices him and has the time to jump on a horse, have a moment of consolation to the other individual on the horse, retrieve a spear from a saddle harness, rear back, aim, throw, have the spear sail through the air while his horse goes from a standstill TO A GALLOP (with 2 Passengers no less!) and the spear sails true and strikes the warrior before he can finish his swing? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? The entire series degenerates into narrative causalities... Things happen because the author writes it that way, regardless of charachter motivations. One of the supporting charachters is standing mere inches away from the books prime antoginsts and is given even worse news that their life is being even more shattered by events they put in motion... yet that charachter flees while holding a dagger that would have ended this tyranical despot that has destroyed the kingdom and everyone that charachter loves?
This series becomes a joke of constant illogical events... Thor is 'destined' to be greater than the kings... but his fate was to die as a simple 1st year legionaire and the only reason he is saved is due to an intervention by God based upon an unforseen self sacrafice of a supporting charachter? What Is The Point Of This Book If The Entire Premise Is Contradicted? Everytime Thor has a conflict, he is on his back POWERLESS and someone saves him. I literally felt myself losing intelligence as I continued reading. I couldn't take it anymore and did not finish this book and I will not even try anymore. Those that read books and go through word for word without remembering previous conversations and events in a story will be ok, but for those readers that can keep the entire story imagined and not turn off your brain, this series is not for you. I've read worse.... but very very rarely.
