A Bad Boy Mafia Romance (Barone Crime Family Book 3)

Kudos to B. B. Hamel! The book starts out leading you to believe the story is going down a predictable path. I felt that I had the story line figured out when the author took me down a totally unexpected and interesting path. Brooks and Emma are quite believable and I like them and rooted for them. They provided us with steamy sex scenes along with a very interesting plot. I received an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review and am glad I did. I think you'll enjoy this book if you enjoy Bad Boy Mafia romances.

What is Louisa Barone really up to? Are we warming to her the more we read of the Barone Crime Family? Will she be the one to achieve the greater good? I have no idea, but I've gone from feeling sorry for her in early books to not particularly liking her in this book!

As for Emma and Brooks, well they are just great together. Emma is completely naive to the world and life and clearly trusts way to easily. Brooks on the other hand is a man with morals that any of us would want in our lives!

Brooks was a killer with a conscience...for some things anyway...and when he found the daughter of one of his targets hiding during a hit, of course he had to take her home with him. Save her, use her and then kill her...what's a mafia bad-boy supposed to do besides follow rules...his heart of course.
Emma is a strong girl...has always had to be to survive her own father...but when Brooks takes her away with him, she is weak for the first time as she feels things she has never felt before for any man.
I really loved how this story grabbed me from the first chapter and kept hold on my emotions and the intensity of the actions and possible danger at every turn was really exciting.
Some twists midway through the book were a real game changer and the story took a completely different (but welcome) direction and I was kept on edge until the very end because I still didn't know who to really trust or believe.
If you like mafia hitmen, human trafficking rescue and bad-boy/good-girl type romances full of mind-blowing steamy sex, then this book is the one for you.

This was a fast paced, interesting read, with enough twists and turns to keep this reader on her toes. B.B. Hamel's books are always quick reads that have great stories. Brooks and Emma were well developed characters, had tough backgrounds, and doing what they needed to do to survive. You have to love a bad boy who changes his way for the woman he loves. Solid job, B.B.

Brooks is steaming hot and Emma is one lucky girl. Brooks is the man...........he keeps her safe when his boss and the family want her dead. She's a witness to his crime but she still ends up falling for him. This is one hot book and it's got all the right amount of chaos and drama to go with it. B B Hamel has brought out another awesome book. Well worth the read.

This book was amazing. The chemistry between Brooks and Emma was strong through the entire book. Brooks has a soft side and Emma makes that side stronger. Brooks, a hitman who has no problem killing a man but has major issues with hurting women and children. Emma, a scared abused woman who happens to be put on Brooks radar because of her father.

I received and arc for honest review, well here goes....I went into reading this book with the thought...it's just another bad boy book....well burn my panties...this way a well thought out and touching story...a hit man for the mob has standards?! WTH??!! LOL....Lots of twists and turns, making you rethink about all the stereotypes...this book kept me captivated, didn't expect it to be this good.

Another hot read from B B Hamel...EVERY book from BB is a hot read! But damn BB you NAILED this bad boy in every way! I was stoked to receive Kissing the killer as an ARC...I don't like to give the story away in my reviews, so you have to trust my 5 stars (along with everyone elses) that this is a steamy book. Action, hot sex, hot bad boy with a filthy mouth and sexy girl. Love this series!

This is my second book of the Barone family series and as all of B.B.'s is sexy as hell and some really cool twists. There is a lot going on in there and I never get bored reading those books.

They are super entertaining and I really got attached to Emma and Brooks. This is a fun quick read and I am becoming quite a fan of B. B after having read a number of her books.

B.B Hamel is becoming one of my favorite Authors. I was giving an arc copy of this book for an honest review .This was an fantastic storyline, great mafia romance. Once again in true B.B style she knocks it out of the park. For awhile a thought Brooks & Emma wasn't going to get the HEA but Ms. Hamel brings the story to best conclusion but also leaving you want more.

Another great read in the Barone family series. The chemistry between Brooks and Emma is hot and steamy. The story continues to build on the previous books in this series even though all are stand alone reads. A surprising character to unfold is Louisa.... More of her story is told in this book!

With BB Hamel's books you always get a fantastic story. Violence, romance in only a way an outlaw can have romance and an adventure with great twists and turns. This book didn't disappoint at all. It was fast paced and very intriguing. I love reading her books and look forward her next one.

This is my favorite story from BB Hamel. You cannot put this book down, just to read one more quick chapter. She has developed a wonderful story line that is difficult in itself to address, puts light on the subject and has a resolution in the plot. Her genius works again for the inside scope of mob activities. Received as an ARC, this is an outstanding work.

ARC Review. This was a very suspenseful book. Full of action and romance. I don't want this to be a spoiler, however I would highly recommend this book to anyone. If you are on the fence and unsure if you should purchase or not, I strongly recommend that you do so, it will not disappoint. BB Hamel is a great author and it is well worth the read.

I absolutely love B. B. Hamel. Always an erotically steamy story filled with action adventure. Men are cocky and strong (very Alpha) with a real heart under it all. The mob lifestyle is always interesting, hitman with a code and an emotionally battered girl looking for a way out. This story was hard to put down. Very good read.

Another great story by B.B. Hamel!! This story drew me in from the first page and I couldn't put it down. I loved how the main characters grew together to find their HEA. Tthe female lead turned out to be just as strong as the male lead; they worked together instead of just being a cocky male dominant and his little follower.

BB Hamel is amazing writer love all books and this just confirmed couldn't stop reading hooked from first page a sad beginning but didn't take long to see the love between Emma and Brooks didn't want story to end must read thank you BB for amazing reads
