Excellant short reads. As a retired detective, I always enjoy reading Connelly's books. There are snipets of real life police work throughout his stories which make the books exciting and believable.

This book was a nice series of short stories. The stories were too short, they could have used more development, but they were very interesting. Fully half of the Kindle version was a preview of "The Black Box".

Too short and mostly the first chapter from his next book - and I NEVER read any of those teasers.
The stories themselves were very clever and well done, as is usually the case with MC, but not worth the price.
A "book of short stories" should have, IMO, at least 100 pages of real content.

Harry Bosch is one of my favorites and these shorts don't disappoint. leaves you wanting more, much more. I recommend to any reader who aren't yet familiar with Harry Bosch and anyone who has lived in L.A.
