Judah does an amazing job of showing that every person in every situation is loved by Jesus. That they are accepted by Jesus. In this book he encourages you to accept that love and begin to see yourself in that love. Reading this book will encourage you to see yourself as accepted and loved no matter who or where you are.

Loved the simple message and the way Pastor Judah gets everything out of the way so we can really see Jesus clearly. A very good book for anyone new to faith or interested in learning about who Jesus is / was.

Wonderful book!!! This is a super book for both the young and young at heart. I got the opportunity to read before it was released and couldn't stop reading it. Full of humor yet very serious in its content. Would recommend to everyone I know. Only problem I had was I wanted to highlight the whole book and quote on my Facebook and twitter.

Very well written book. Judah brings a fresh perspective of who Jesus really is and why He came to this earth. A great mixture of humor and transparency that draws you in to the message of the book. As a pastor, I share the same beliefs and see the scriptures as the ultimate source for discovering who God and Jesus are... Loving, merciful and FULL OF GRACE! A must read for any follower of Christ, regardless of how long you've been a Christian.

The topics may seem elementary for someone who has been a believer for a long time but don't let it fool you. This spoke to me in a way I have never fully understood or grasped. Judah really shines the light on who we are in Christ and in a way that holds your attention that you don't want to put the book down (coming from someone who gets bored easily)!

This book is written simply and well. The author, Judah Smith, has a good sense of humor, as well as a undeniable passion for Jesus. He has done well to know and reach out to a wide audience. I would highly recommend this book to those just starting out on their journey of faith, as well as to those who have been walking it for decades. It is an excellent read.

This book has a fresh perspective on who Jesus is. Judah Smith's books and Sermons are perfect for anyone with questions about Faith, Love, and Jesus. It's one of those books that you can't put down once you start reading. I highly recommend to anyone, especially youth.

Jesus and the real meaning of Christianity is fast becoming lost to our American society. This has happened within my lifetime and it will have to be the younger generation that decides to turn it around. Judah Smith is a dynamic and excellent communicator of the truth that needs to be heard. This book should change your life, and then you can be a part of what it will take to change our country back to the "Christian nation" it once was.

Jesus loves Sinners. He knows the potential in each of us and loves us in spite of our failings - like any good father.
But Jesus the Father loves the unloveable, the unreachable and the unchangeable. Always - like no earthly father can.
Pastor Judah's message simply shows us who Jesus is: a Father who loves His children and gave His life so that our failings would not define or condemn us.

Two pages in, during the Forward, written by pro golfer and 2012 Masters Champion, Bubba Watson, I had already laughed and cried. Judah goes on, in the book, sharing stories and illustrations - from his high school days to his journey at The City Church; from the gospels of Matthew and Mark to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson; from referencing "the deep intellectual thinker, Weird Al Yankovic" to quoting "theologians", Jeff Foxworthy, George Burns, and Jerry Seinfeld. Yet he frames it all beautifully, showing us, teaching us, entertaining us, and inspiring us with who Jesus really is.
You may ask yourself what kind of author can pull off that kind of range in story telling...and you also may be wondering who could be such an awe-inspiring topic for this type of book:
Judah can. And Jesus is.
I highly recommend the book. You'll be left with not only a new understanding, but also a new inspiration for how to live the rest of your life. It really is, as Judah's subtitle to the book suggests, "a new way to be human."
Have a great day.

This book leads you to understand that salvation is by Grace. Grace that is not earned or even deserved. It is a free gift that changes your life in ways that you could never imagine if you will just accept it as it is given.

Gave me some new insights without a lot of struggle to understand/interpret what the author was saying. Focus was on knowing that God loves and cherishes us; everything else in our lives can "bloom" out of feeling such love.

Jesus is an amazing inspiration. For those that need a jump start on life, this Is it. If you're looking for guidance and clarification on God's love this is for you. Judah keeps it basic and encourages you to step back into God's grace and out of the life is sin. Judah is. This book is. Jesus is.

I think in a similar, chaotic, rambling pattern. It was as if t his book was written for me. I love Jesus and often get bogged down in my human thinking and abilities. This book was a wonderful reminder of the enormity of God and his love which knows no limits!

I would have given this book a five rating because I think it is well written. It seems to reflect Pastor Judah's heart to introduce humanity to the wonderful nature of JESUS and his great love for humanity. I think a mix of prominent and unsung heroic endorsers would have been better than having endorsements from only prominent, highly acclaimed and accomplished people given the book is about JESUS.

Judah writes as he speaks - with articulate insights and accessible revelations of scripture all wrapped in his unique sense of humor. He brings Jesus off the pages of the Bible and into our everyday lives. I was challenged and encouraged all at the same time. Jesus is more than I can handle and all that I need.
