What a book! The horrors that poor Talia go through are completely heart wrenching. When Alexei buys her there is no way you think he will ever be good to her. Then they both start to heal each other! The way the story plays out is so amazing. I could not put it down! I definitely recommend everyone read this book, but make sure your Kleenex are close!

AMAZING!!! Dark, painful, and amazing. This is my first book by A. Zavarelli, but I hope to add all her other books in quick succession. This book pulled me in immediately and I did little else but read for two days. I could hardly put it down- I didn't want to put it down. I loved these broken people and how they found a way to let each other into their lives.

An emotional rollercoaster filled with danger, suspense, heartache and love. Two damaged people finding they're perfect for each other. Love exists for everyone. Awesome series. No cliffhanger and Hea.

A. Zavarelli is an amazing writer, who tells a good story. I was not expecting to like this book, but I couldn't put it down. Too many of these types of books have too much, I guess you would call it, raunchy sex. It's not romantic, but forced and brutal. I don't like those books. Zavarelli puts just enough violence, sex, and romance to turn you on!

My heart absolutely bled for Talia and Alexei. The horrors both of these characters endured made me want to cry as well as inflict pain on the ones who tortured their lives. That they were able to help each other, whether they wanted help or not, and learn to live and love made me scream "YES!"

Wow, what an awesome, unique story. Fresh, with such a deep romance. This is story telling at its best. I was up reading this until 4:00 AM I forced myself to put it down and go to bed. When it ended, I wanted it to go on. If you don't read this one you have missed out on a top of the line love story. The characters are fabulous together. Yes it covers some controversy subjects that may not be your kind of book, because it is somewhat real life, but well worth it. I loved it, it was a book full of meat not just milk. It fed me well.

Boston Underworld is a great series and GHOST, book 3, is absolutely amazing. This story grips you from the start- it is well written & so teeming with emotion that I actually felt like I was right there in the story. My outside life ceased to exist for me and I did not stop reading until the very end! This is one of the best mafia dark romance series that I highly recommend. Wow.

This is without a doubt freaking amazing. The things that have happened to Talia are utterly horrendous. The life Alexei had growing up despicable. Reading their story, I didn't want to put it down. I had to know what next. It's a dark romance but well worth the time to read. I hope there is a number 4.

Raw, Painful and Beautiful!!!! The writer did a great job with the characters. I loved how the series relates to the character's past & future. I also liked that characters are acknowledged from the first two books. Very Intense!!!

I was lucky and got Ghost for free. After reading this 3rd book in the series, I'll go back and start from the beginning. It has all the love, betrayal, and all mafia related aspects I was hoping for in this genre. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Okay, last time no one could beat Ronan, but dammit, Alexei just might. This book had all the feels. I wanted to cry, scream, and throw my Kindle a few times, but I couldn't put it down. Quite frankly I didn't want to. I need more of these, now would be good. Yesterday? Even better. Bravo!

Loved finally reading Talia's story and finding out what happened to her. Alexei and Talia's story was well written and kept me wanting to read the entire day. I started it this morning and had to finish before I went to bed. Great story!! You did both of these characters justice!

I love a dark read, and this series satisfies. The characters are well written and interesting, and unlike a lot of books these days, the women aren't stupid or whiny. Looking forward to Saint, the next book in the series.

Both characters back story is heartwrenching to read. To even try and imagine the self hatred they both feel and try to climb out from is just to hard. But, the solace they find in each other ..heartwarming! Great story. A must read!!

Thoroughly enjoyed this story. This author is new to me, but I will be checking out her page. It is dark erotica and very graphic. Love, hate, lots of suspence. I didn't want to stop reading it for bed or work. I recommend for dark erotica lovers.

This book picks up where Reaper left us hanging on Talia. I really enjoyed finding out what happened to her and how she fought her way out of her own mind to find love with Ghost who was also fighting his own demons.

I really enjoyed and liked this book Alexia is tortured kind and rough around the edges. But he kept me interested from start to finish. I hope there is another book in this series dealing with his brother.
5stars for sure.
