My 5-year old grandson loves the stories and pictures. This children's Bible is a great way to introduce God's word to little ones and it opens the door for more in-debth biblical teaching between the adult and the child. A great investment.

Had lots of pictures and easy reading. Great for grades K-3 especially. Wonderful way for grandchildren to learn about Jesus, and the prophets. Brings the stories alive and give spiritual meaning to those who have ears to hear. Would recommend it as it truly will brings joy into young lives.

My kids are really getting into the Bible with this book. The stories are written so they can understand (I have a 2 and a 4 year old) and it has great pictures. I just cannot say enough about how this book is helping me teach my little ones, I absolutely love it.

was one of my daughters Christmas gifts. I noticed that it was marked with a book mark in it when I tucked her in last night. she doesn't read anything that doesn't grab her imagination, so she must be enjoying. when I flipped through it, very nicely made, bright pictures and children level stories.

Excellent book for young children learning about the bible and Jesus! I am happy to use this book to help instill a sense of faith and God's love in my children from a young age before they are indoctrinated by our ever growing "Godless" society that is trying to take over.

My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves this Bible. We read it every night. The stories are written in a simple, direct, kid-appropriate manner and the pictures really bring the stories to life. My daughter likes to 'read the stories' to me based on the pictures. This is a huge hit at our house!

I purchased them for my preschool Sunday School class. Each child takes his/her book back and forth from home to learn God's stories at a very age appropriate level. It is a perfect way to make the connection from Sunday School to home allowing the parents to know what we are studying.

The pictures are nice but as far as giving details, this book does not. I can't really read this to my 2 year old because she just looks at me like "Why are you not telling me the whole story?" Of course, I can fill in the details and explanations but if your child wants to ever read this book independently, I would purchase a different bible.

The illustrations are nice and the book is well constructed BUT the stories are way to abbreviated, even for a child's first Bible. Most of the stories are just two pages long and leave out to much detail. I will read through the book once with my child but then will be moving on to another.

I needed to buy a bible for my grandchildren. One that was easy to understand and one that they could read themselves. I decided on this one.....the illustrations are beautiful, and the writing easy to read, and accurate.. At the end of each story, there is one question that is asked about the story.

A wonderful first Bible for your children, grand children, baby gift. Pictures and simply written for children. Anything that will help my grandchildren learn more about the Lord is wonderful in this world today. I would buy this for a baby gift I think from now on.
