I loved that this arrived so quickly. This was a gift for some of my WW friends and they were all very happy to get it. They loved all of the recipes and said that they would recommend to their friends.

OK. I wanted to like this cookbook. I, along with many other chubby humans, decided to lose a few pounds as a New Years Resolution. I joined Weight Watchers and decided to get this book to inspire me. I have purchased several other "diet" cookbooks in the past (low fat, low carb, Mediterranean diet) and they were OK, but I wanted the newest Weight Watchers book because it would have the WW Smart Points already calculated for each recipe. I got the book, and waited for a time when I could sit down and leaf through the entire book. I got my cup of Red Zinger tea and my neon green post it pad to mark the recipes that I wanted to try. Out of 500 recipes, I marked 17. I am really disappointed. I will keep the book because I am going to use some of the recipes.

Very few recipes that the normal person would cook . I was really disappointed they don't have it set up with daily menus with points for the whole day. I feel Weight Watchers could have done a much better job making this cookbook more user friendly. I would like to return it.

So this was published in December 2016 and in December 2017 WW rolled out the Freestyle program. I have scoured the Internet for a points conversion chart and even contacted WW directly but it doesn't exist. Sure, you can build each recipe using the app and get the new points values yourself but doesn't that sort of defeat the purpose of using a paper cookbook? I put this on my wishlist in November and my husband purchased it as a Christmas gift. I think I will return it, as I can find accurate recipes on the Internet more easily than I can input all the ingredients into the app to convert them.

I was really excited about this book. It's formatted well and there's a ton of recipes. You can look up a recipe by points value, or by ingredients in the index, so that's nice. However, I just went to make my first recipe from the book and the smart points value is off. Stuffed Bell Peppers...the book says 4, but the WW calculator says 6. Not cool.

I joined Weight Watcher's recently and I've already been dropping the pounds, but I was really trying to find a book to keep on-hand in my kitchen so that I knew exactly what the points were for what I was eating. Luckily Weight Watchers had this copy out with the SmartPoints edition, and I was very pleased with it.

The recipes use easy-to-find ingredients and focuses on whole-foods. There's also information on cooking skills and menu planning. I was very happy to see WW-friendly recipes for things that I've been craving and missing, like chicken noodle soup, chili, and Vietnamese sandwiches. I've been able to use this cookbook for my meal planning. I feel nourished and satisfied after eating and not a bit deprived.

Great deal for this cookbook, love that it includes new points! I'm a fan of the loose-leaf style so I can take pages out and copy them, make notes, etc. Some great recipes with good alternate suggestions to add more flavor or use different ingredients. Great variety for Weight Watchers customers and people just wanting to eat generally more healthy!

Bought this at Walmart and these recipes look great. Always looking for something to make. Someone asked where the points are. They are in a paragraph right after the last instructions. They even have what a portion is. Great info.

This book is garbage. A lot of the recipies deviate from classics and require weird ingredients. An example is: Lasagna with Meat sauce requiring Zucchini an fennel seeds. WTF. To Eileen Runyan, Food editor, how can you justify printing such garbage disguised as Weight Watchers? I want my money back.
