Sensitive, touching, emotional, great characters and fantastic dialogue - this book is beautifully written in quintessential Julia Quinn style and is a great additon to your historical fiction library.

One of my favorite Julia Quinn books. Childhood friends who fall in love is a typical romance novel premise, but Mrs. Quinn is able to weave a story that still catches the imagination. I highly recommend the Smyth-Smith quartet series!

I loved that this book was about true friends. That the two characters were distinct and I felt like they could be someone I know in real life now. I really enjoyed every bit of this book. Jokes about the Smyth-Smith concert were also very welcome.

Julia Quinn never disappoints me. I've been waiting for a book about one of the Smyth-Smiths forever! I loved Honoria and Marcus. A wonderful story with laugh-out-loud moments and lovable characters. I can't wait for the next book in the Smyth-Smith Quartet series!

I really enjoyed Just Like Heaven. It wasnt some high suspense or nail biting book, but it was just really good. I loved the relationship between the two main characters. You could really tell by the end of the story that their love was deep and true. All in all, this book was a wonderful read.

A lovely introduction to the behind scenes of the Smythe-Smith girls and the infamous musicales they perform!! It was great and humorous and lovely. Icing on the cake were the glimpses of Lady Danbury and the Bridgertons

I love Julia Quinn books and have read almost all of the books that Julia Quinn has written about the Bridgerton family. I was a little disappointed that with this book the characters were not more interesting to read about. The characters did not do much and I had a hard time trying to finish the book.

I enjoyed most of this book, except too many pages devoted to injured hero. This premise is really getting old and feels like Ms. Quinn used this as a filler. In my opinion Ms. Quinn is one of the most imaginative writers which shows off her English literature skills. Looking forward to her next book!

I love the Bridgerton series. But any other book written by Julia Quinn seems boring. This book was sweet, the hero and heroine nice. But that is all. Nothing exciting, nothing interesting, nothing new. And the scene where they declare their love and then became intimate was ridiculous. Upstairs, in the middle of a party, right after her concert. Really??
