Chuck Missler is a blessing to anyone who desires to dig deeper into the word of God because he has a talent of breaking down the scriptures into an easy to understand message by asking the who, what, when, where, why and how that brings more understanding to the reader. His research into background information on the culture is priceless.

I read and enjoyed taped lectures for this book and was stunned by what I didn't know. Chuck Missler is the founder of the Koinonia Institute and teaches God's word with audio/video lectures along with the books.

good reading, not likè study at all. uusefull for all, as an introduction or a review of major themes in scripture.

This book was very interesting to read. I loved the way the author brought together facts that I never understood from a basic reading of the Bible. I had a lot fun learning about each book of the bible and who each was written by and to.
Reading this book has helped the Bible to make a lot more sense to me - particularly the Old Testament.
It's amazing how a book - the Bible - was written over so many, many years and by the hand of so many different men yet, all comes together and weaves the story of mankind, his savior, his redemption and his purpose.

This book provides a broad overview of the bible. Reading this book has sparked my interest in digging deeper into the scriptures. Mr. Missler offers many interesting and thought-provoking insights! I recommend this book to anyone who wants to understand the bible and learn more about God's Word.

As an overview of the Bible, this great reading. Too often, the Bible is not presented as one work, but chopped and diced into topical studies. The greatest church growth has always come from expositional study. This is a good place to start.

I would recommend this book to any student of the scriptures and all those who desire a good solid overview. Though we may all have a slight difference of opinion in certain areas, this book is solid and well deserving of a 5 star rating. It will challenge you to become a Berean and should give you a hunger to search the scriptures looking for Jesus on every page from Genesis to Revelation.

Dr. Missler helps the average person get a much better understanding of Bibical meaning while you read your Bible. This is a must have along side of your Bible, you will gain so much more knowledge than trying to study alone.

Great for study, its quick for those without a lot of time. I do not recommend this take the place of your actual quiet times but it does bring to light interesting questions and study points for bible studies.

Well written and informative. Written previous to the dvds so it doesn't have all the info. the dvds have, but alot cheaper. This is an excellent discussion on how science and the scriptures work together.

Dr. Chuck Missler is a master of explaining the bible while adding his expertise in science witch makes his teaching so interesting. Chuck Missler gives a short but insightful synopsis on every book of the Bible in Learn the Bible in 24 Hours. But he also gives amazing nuggets of interest that will intrigue as well. The Bible is an incredible book worthy of thorough study but this little book is a great start to get an overview.

What a Writer! I had been listening to Chuck Missler for a number of years. But, I didn't know how well he could write. Clear, concise, his words pull me through the chapters. I encourage you to give it a try.
