This book amazingly does justice to the enduring and generous life of Benjamin Franklin. The advice that is given is not intended in a formal sense, but a byproduct of the way Franklin lived. May the positive outlook on Benjamin Franklin’s life bring us more wisdom than we had before reading this small masterpiece.

Ben Franklin always amazes me. The scope of work he accomplished over his lifetime is simply incredible. This book was well written

As an electrical engineer, I am offended by Franklin's wrong identification of positive and negative electric charge. Franklin did not understand the difference between evidence based science and faith based non-science. I have no doubt that his money printing work was profitable: he probably printed a wad for himself!

I chose this book because I enjoy reading about the lives of people who influenced American history. This work by no means is exhaustive on the life of Ben Franklin, but it does give the reader an overview of the seminal influence he had in the founding this great country, on American society, and scientific community.

Very inspiring! I particularly like how he used many methods of persuasion (including writing to his own press identifying as a separate alias) to turn the tides of the colonies and England! A good read for smart people!

Benjamin Franklin was truly a brilliant man! This read covered a lot of his accomplishments and detailed them very well! I hope that I can live my life in a fraction of the way he did what a brilliant man he was.
