Two hurting people attracted to each another. Through the friendship (and attraction) they find themselves drawn to each other. It is a wonderful story about overcoming the past and beginning again. I can't wait to read the next one in the series.

I absolutely LOVE this book! I love the characters so much! I must admit I cried a few times. There were several heart felt moments that just reached deep into my heart. I can't wait to read the next book and I am so glad I discovered a new author whose books I MUST read.

Kimi Flores this is a wonderful sweet touching love story, of forgiveness and moving on and finding the one special person who is just for you.
I loved feeling like I was right there watching them fall in love and how they fought it at first an awesome must read

It's a sweet story with very likable characters in endearing, realistic and sympathetic situations.

The author shows potential and just needs a little polishing of her writing style that may very well happen with more experience or maybe a stronger editor or perhaps a combination of both. Some scenes in this story were overly described by strings of adjectives: settings, outfits, even the driveway and houses. I want to read a novel, not a catalog or a real estate ad. And I have to say, I really, really, didn't need to read that our main gal was thankful she wore a pantyliner because she laughed so hard a little pee came out. That whole sentence should have been deleted. It didn't fit the character's conservative personality and it most certainly didn't belong in a contemporary romance novel.

The sprinkling of typos were distracting, like this doozy: "He slid the emerald and diamond ring onto her finger and it fir perfectly." Yep. It "fir."

The above-mentioned irks typically would have made me flounce on finishing the story but I liked the characters well enough to stick it out to the end.

This book is sweet and heart warming. The little girl is the star and I did enjoy reading it. Sometimes it was a bit over the top and predictable but if you like sweet love stories, then this is for you.

An absolutely wonderful book! Enjoyed the characters and storyline - wish the book didn't have to end. The author had a terrific sence of humor which came through in the dialog of the story. Highly recommended!

To let go, forgiveness is necessary.
Even if the one that needs it is yourself.

As a teacher in her hometown of Santa Barbara, California, Abby Sullivan finally feels like she has something to offer. She has a purpose, a wonderful best friend, and a supportive mother. Abby is very talented at many things, especially hiding the pain of her past. That is until her world collides with Caleb Hunter’s.

With an ever-present ache in his chest, Caleb is living life day to day, grieving the loss of his wife. As a successful writer, he's thankful that his schedule doesn’t require him to get out much. But when his five-year-old daughter, Madison walks into Abby’s kindergarten class at the beginning of the year, everything will change.

With a little matchmaking magic from Caleb’s loving mother-in-law, things will be set into motion, love will grow, and hearts will heal as they intertwine. But when those past pains come to light, will Abby be able to forgive? And will Caleb be able to let go?

I absolutely loved Caleb & Abby's story! It was beautifully written! It was so easy to fall in love with both characters!
