This series is very captivating from the get-go. Especially since it was written before the invention of the cell phone among other everyday technology, it makes it even more interesting as to how Kinsey gets herself out if the crazy situations she is place in! Loved loved loved it and can't wait to get to the next book!

This is my 4th Grafton book. Kinsey Millhone is a very realistic character which is why I can't stop reading! With twisted plots and unforgettable characters, Grafton is one of my favorite suspense authors.

Kinsey' personage is so realistic; no non-sense women acting and dressing like a normal person. This book in particular showed a more sensitive side! And like all the other books in the serie the story was well laid out, plausible and enthralling till the end!
