The Dragon King (The Kings Book 12)

This was a really interesting book. You'll need to read the previous books in the series to understand what is happening. This author creates amazing plots and inventive characters. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.

Once again Heather has us firmly ensconced in this fantasy world we wish was real. Hopefully the Time King can help her rush out the next book in this amazing series. One of my all time favorite authors.

I can't believe how in-depth she goes into each of her characters. Each book seems to get better and suck you into the story with them! She didn't disappoint, I can't wait for the Time King! Thank you Heather.

For the next book in this series! HKW is one of the best authors! I have read every single one of her books and I love them all!!! This series especially is addictive!!!! Now comes the tough part.... Waiting till the next noon is released!!!

Another fantastic book to an amazing series! After I finish every one I can’t wait until the next one comes out. The Dragon King has furthered my love for each character and I am eagerly waiting to see where the next one takes us.

I edited this to say that I really enjoy this author and usually like her books very much. So, based on the relationship I have with the previous bools and the respect I have for the author I have edited this to give her five stars because she is an amazing person and author. This book didn't resonate with me as the others did.

After 12 books I am getting tired of reading thiss series story.... The heroine always has some faults or feels inadequate and the King is flawless. I didn't see a story where the characters fell in love or even knew one another. They were away from each other for a large portion of the book and had no interesting dialogue. I like that the world is bigger than the main characters in the books, but not when everyone is everywhere in the story....the next book seems promising as this book contained a lot of exposition that should have been done slowly over the course of all of the series instead of this one book.

Boy this was so very different from the other Kings books.. So much darkness and just plain evil in this one book.. Wow... So much information came out in this book that easily could have been spread out up to now...Not sure if it was what was going on in Heather’s life that influenced these happenings, but this was a start and stop read for me... and that doesn’t happen with her books... I had to skip over a LOT of the evil goings on... it was disturbing to say the least... and all the secrets that Lalura held in each book... why not share, why all now... it was like slam bam thank you mam...This book ended on such a cliffhanger
I usually star Heather's books a 5, but this one disturbed me so much I just couldn't...Put the blame on expectation maybe..but this book just didn't give me the unrelenting need to know that her other books held..I may have to ask the author...But of all the Kings so far I was rooting for Eva more so because I felt she didn’t feel worthy somehow.... that alone made me sadder when this ended and we learned there is quite a bit more to come for the last king....as always there is more to the story❤️???

I enjoyed the book like the others in the series. I love the characters and how all of it is being brought together. That being said, I only gave it three stars because of all of the misplaced words, repeated words and typos. I almost put it down, but it got better as I went on and had few issues towards the end. In the other books in the series I didn't notice errors, so I'm not sure if this one was rushed to be published? Great story.... just needs better editing and proofreading.

Oh Heather you have outdone yourself! The kings read on their own are wonderful and rich but the Dragon King book is the culmination of a masterpiece dearest!

I can hardly wait! No spoilers here you should run and get all HKW books they are enchanting must reads she is a gifted storyteller.

I really love this series and the authors other series. This book has so much action it's hard to put down. Your given more history on the larger plot that has been building throughout the series. Can't wait for the next book

Each and every one of the books of this series and pretty much all of her books in all her other series and stand alones. They are amazing and the characters come to life and take you on this amazing adventure .

Unfortunately, the last 3 to 4 books have become a copy, paste and replace a king name book, almost every book from 9 on is the same, Queen is found, normally a 2 day emotuon filled day with the 2 characters wanting to tear each others clothes off but having some internal struggle keeps them apart just long enough for the entity to step between the 2. The entity tries to steal the Queen, the king risks his life taking massive damage but wisks away his future queen then they have MIND BLOWING Sex where every moment is the hieght of passion and desire. The kings all get together to deal with some fight as a group mostly and cliff hanger at the end.

I don't think I can take another one. I remembering the first 4 being some great I am not sure what has happened.maybe the writer has lost the passion for the series and is just trying to finish it. I would not recommend this to another as a series to start.

Heather has done it again! So many questions answered and unanswered. This was so exciting to read ! I can't wait for the next book! What will happen next? Please read this book by a Great Author Heather! This will leave you on the edge of your seat and leave you in Suspense!

I am blown away as usual! Amazing book by an amazing author! If you have not read this series yet you are really missing out! Each book gets better and better! I could not put this one down until I finished it. The ending was awesome I might die from waiting for the next book! Your milling me Heather!

** spoiler alert ** This was a book that would have earned a 5 star rating from me because I loved the story overall, but the left-wing politics were a turn off, and insulting the President was just too much. Is there no place to get away from this disrespect for those of differing opinions?

Another great book in the King’s series!!! It will hard to put this book down, or any of the kings. Heather is a great storyteller that will have you on the wanting more as soon as you finish each book..
