Another home run for JL Myers.. this is a twisted, chaotic, chilling, "can't put it down" thriller. From an opening car crash to when the final piece of the puzzle falls in place, you are on the edge of your seat. Highly recommend this great read!

A well written, fast paced thriller that will have you guessing right up to the end. No spoilers, but I loved CJ. His steadfast love and support were the only things that relieved the horror and constant abuse. If you love psychological thrillers then you can not go wrong with this one.

I finished the book in two sittings - a real page-turner that keeps you guessing and pulls you into the moments shared by the well-developed characters. There is of course an intriguing twist that leaves you wondering how you missed it in the first place. A FINE read and thought-provoker!

This was a very different style of book from this author but I couldn't put it down. There are tons of twists and turn that leave you wondering what will happen until the very end. I can't wait for more from the author.

Nerve Damage is the perfect book for those who love psychological thrillers. The plot does not disappoint. There are plenty of secrets and twists and turns that will keep you entranced well into the night. I enjoyed reading this book and I will admit I was a bit back and forth guessing who the mysterious hooded stranger was. Suspenseful ending though!

Due to some of the content in the book I recommend this book to adults only. There is a warning in the beginning of the book about very graphic scenes.

I received an ARC of Nerve Damage for my review. Warning: This books deals directly with physical and mental abuse and rape. The damage one human can do to another is mindboggling.
Kasey is seeking revenge, and will go to any lengths to get it. The characters go from winning a contest to fighting for their lives. Terror builds suspense to a fever pitch. I couldn't put the book down as I got caught up in the story. The end is a heart stopper!
I like the writing style of this book. It's chilling, with rich visual details you can almost see. This book is nothing like the BloodBound Series, but is a good read.

The book starts out with the reader confused and at a loss for what is happening. But in a good way...It's like we are experiencing everything almost first-hand with the main character. And the further along in the book you get, the worse things get. It's very hard to predict what will happen next in this epic thriller by J.L. Myers. This is an amazing book.

Fast paced! This book keeps you guessing what is real and what is imagined. I was hooked from the very beginning. I found myself with my heart pounding and fear emerging! Most real and engrossing book I've read in a long time!

Think of the tension of Silence of the Lambs combined with the horror of Carrie and you have Nerve Damage. This is a psychological thriller that won't let you put it down, yet are almost too scared to turn the page! JL Myers has stepped away from her typical paranormal genre and should be very proud of this novel. Anyone with a modicum of sense will snap up the movie rights, because I see this as being a best seller. I am an independent book reviewer and have no personal or financial affiliation with the author
