Heart Of A Highlander (Lairds of Dunkeld Series) (A Medieval Scottish Romance Story)

I really enjoy highland and the Scotish genre so this one hit the spot.The charactors were believable and the story well written.I would definitely read more by this author.I read this book as an arc and this is my honest opinion.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Heart of a Highlander! Amabel and Broderick are wonderful characters and it was great seeing their relationship unfold. I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading more of Emilia Ferguson's work.

I have never read this author before but will definitely read her again. I love the scottish highland setting and the book has both intrigue and romance. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.

An excellent book. Good characters, great storyline and enough clues to hint at future related books for a series. However, I don't think the "R" rated scenes were necessary. Often times I think it is better to hint at something and leave the rest to the readers imagination.

I loved this book! Just the right amount of angst, humor, mystery and of course, happily ever after. The characters are well written and I felt like I knew them personally. A book to keep you guessing but love wins out in the end.

The laird cries throughout the whole book I wanted to slap him and tell to act like a man, it was so predicable if his was happy he cried, sad he cried, making love he cries, he cried more than the female
