The book is schizophrenic. The character development can't decide if the audience is 5 yrs old or 30. I would assume it was written by an someone who forgot how to tell stories to little kids. It might be good for a 9 year old who could read it for their self, except that it is too long.

This book is meant to be for children in elementary school as an easier chapter book. However, I found the first few chapters to be interesting but quickly the book lost it's charm and interest. I found it very difficult to force myself to finish this book. I would not recommend this book because I really feel children will become bored.
