Good book for under 4 dollars. My son at 6 months thought it was great and wanted to read it a second time. He liked the large high contrast letters, flaps, and mommy saying noises. Mommy did not let him touch the flaps though because they could cause paper cuts esp with his current dexterity.

At 8 months old, my son still loves this book. Its in his top 5!

Such a cute book, both my little boys have loved the lift-the-flap books and they would probably let me read them all day if I could! This is a really cute addition to our little collection of them. Get ready for your baby to love this so much, that you'll end up having to tape the flaps back on the book, because it will get so much love and use! My 4 year old acts like he doesn't like these books anymore, but yet he still comes over and watches/giggles as I read it to his little brother.

My 17 month grandson liked it but was more interested in the vehicles then the animals which are sort of the focus of the book since they are under the flaps. Since I bought it for the vehicles that was pretty much my oversight. My daughter tells me he loves all the Karen Katz books I bought so she added some more. Says you can't really have too many since the kids wreck the flaps. So I need not worry about buying ones he already has which is nice.

I bought this for my grandson's first birthday. I had hoped to put him on my lap and read it to him myself but wasn't able to. For geographical reasons I don't see him often but my daughter, his mother, has raved about the book telling me it's perfect. So, indirectly, I'm compelled to give it five stars.

I don't recommend this book at all. There is no story to follow and the flips are difficult to find for kids. There are so many other books in the same price range that offer so much more to little ones.

My son was a big fan of Baby Loves Winter so I picked up a few more Karen Katz titles. This one was a surefire hit because he loves cars and animals and both are heavily featured. Lift the Flap books are like baby catnip in our house.

This flip-the-flap kept my granddaughter busy for awhile trying to find which mode of transportation Baby was on. Baby wasn't on the school bus, airplane, train or truck but when you lifted the flap you found various animals were there instead. Big illustrations and bright colors attracted Brynn's attention and held it for awhile. That is high praise...believe me !

Book supplied by publisher.

Great for any kid who loves to lift the flap and find out what is underneath. Mostly animals under the flap (until you find baby!!) so we work on animal names and noises, in addition to the different forms of transportation. Got this because our child loved Where Is Baby's Belly Button.

One year old loves it, but the book needed a bit of help from us - the flaps have been glued back on a few times already and when we read it aloud we leave out the word "no" on every page - we are just trying to avoid our son saying no no no all the time.

My little boy loves these lift-the-flap books! I have 3 books from Karen Katz and they are very fun books! They helped created my babies love for reading at a very young age. Very fun, interactive pictures. This book has very high quality flaps that allow interaction with the baby and the book.
