Review:Again, our one year old grandson likes turning the big chuncky pages. He likes the animal sounds, but there's not many animals in the book for the money. The touch and feel sections are a little better than the trucks book. Overall, not too bad. Read more
Review:These are really cute books and I love them, just FYI they get damaged really easily. Both the one I ordered and the replacement had wrinkles and tears in the spine but the envelope it arrived in was not damaged. It isn't a big deal, but a new book should actually look new when you get it. Review:I heard about this book on NPR and it caught my attention, so I ordered it as soon as I got home to surprise my two boys (4 and 6). We have really enjoyed this collection of stories! The stories are funny, well-written, and kept everyone's attention all the way though. It a good type of different and I think that's why it works so well. Read more
Review:I bought this book for my five year old nephew for Christmas! He loves it, as does his sister. It has a bit of dark humor, but it reminds kids to eat healthy so they have the strength and energy to do what they want. Read more
Review:So, I have to mirror other reviewers. I bought this book to go with DADA, but the size is different, and the pages are printed on paper. Which would normally not be a big deal, except they are not appropriate for the age group this book is intended. My 15 month old son loves DADA, so I got this to put under the tree for him this Christmas. I will always have to hold and read the book to him if I want it to last until the New Year. Otherwise, the story is just as adorable as DADA. (BUT PLEASE, so... Read more
Review:I will always have a great memory of this book. This was my toddler's favorite in daycare so we got it for his birthday. The first day he had it he fell asleep with the book opened to the last page (chirp chirp) and his arm around it.
Now his brother likes it, but not nearly as much. Read more

There are a couple of reasons why I truly love this book and would highly recommend. 1) It's an entertaining way to help children notice when quiet arises naturally. 2) This book encourages children to discover the emotions behind different kinds of quiet - be ... Review:Leslie Patricelli is our very favorite toddler book author. Quiet Loud is our second favorite book of hers behind Blankie, but they are all well-loved in our house. The baby featured in the illustrations is just the cutest thing. Read more
Review:Like Brown Bear Brown Bear, this board book is bright & keeps a toddler's attention. This is the 2nd one I buy as it is a great gift. All of Bill Martin's books are cute, bright & children really like them. Read more
Review:I have a four year old son with speech delay. His speech teacher told us that they were working on labeling and identifying actions at school. Based on reviews, I thought this book would help him practice labeling and identifying actions at home.
As soon as I opened this book, I knew I made the right decision. He was very responsive and enjoying every single page. (Maybe the teacher is already using this book at the school. I should've asked..)
Overall, this is very good for connec... Read more
