The pages flew by in this page turner. Jack stumbles onto a Big case that involves child kidnapping. It leads to nowhere you would have thought. Great plot, excellent characters, and moving situations.

Not very creative. Not characters I will miss when I read other authors and other series. I miss Vince Flynn. I miss the classic Tom Clancy books when he didn't have others write for him. This book? I'll forget it before I press submit.

I have not read a book by L.T. Ryan before, but you can count on my reading more. This book grabs hold of you and doesn't let go until the very end. I am going to stop now to share it with my fellow reader. THank you L.T. For such a good read.

Not too long to read but plenty of action to turn pages. This was my first Noble read ANSI enjoyed it. Easy to forget the real world and let the adventure take me away for a little while. Looking forward to reading others by Ryan.

I read #1 and was uninspired...I wanted to see if #2 would capture my interest because I really really wanted the series to work out. As I was both books I kept on hoping something would reach out and take hold of my attention Nope not even close so here's my take, Jack Noble couldn't hold Mitch Rapp's jock much less belong in the same universe with Jack Reacher....

The writing of L. T. Ryan and the Jack Noble books always start off immediately. There's no wading through a chapter or two before your interest starts to peak. I delight in each new book and am sad to see the previous one end. Keep them coming!! Better than Jack Reacher...

I liked it, but the characters were a little cold and the plot wasn't very plausible. It needed more depth to the characters and to the plot. It was very short, more novella than novel. On my Kindle the story ended at 81%, the remainder was ads for other Jack Noble books and requests for reviews.

I was searching the store for a new book to read and I saw one that was free. Everyone loves the word FREE. So I began with Noble Beginnings. I was a page turner. Then I was offered The Recruit. After finishing this short story , I was truly hooked. I just finished A Deadly Distance . Three novels in two days and now ordering his next novel Noble Intentions Season One. These are a Must Read. Mr. Ryan has done it again! Each of his books keep me glued to my seat, unable to put them down. A Deadly Distance did not disappoint! We get to see more of what makes Noble tick and more of his inner thought life. Never have I encountered such a compelling combination of ruthlessness and compassion in one character.

A vivid story that you hear of happening all the time. The writer was more detailed in peoples actions, but, I guess some people like it. It became a different type of story with much violance at the end. Did not think that much was required, but, suppose people also like to read that kind of stuff

Same review as the first book in the Noble series. A decent plot line. the narrator was ok. one really good thing about it was the length. 5.5 hours. you can listen to the whole book in one trip. not that the 14 hour books aren't good. For me , audio books are for travelling, and when I get back home, I have to many other things to do rather than try to finish up 4-5 hours of audio book!

Another great story. Interesting premise, great characters and enough twists and turns for anyone. Jack Noble has really grow to be an exceptional character who’s like able and yet very dangerous. Lee Ryan is a terrific writer and a master of suspense.
Of to the next Noble story

Jack Noble is a deadly man with a licensed to kill. This story covers a lot of ground before we know who the bad guy is. I found the story fast paced and it keeps your interest. I really enjoyed the plot.

Another excellent Jack Noble book. He is a "hero" in the line of Jack Reacher. A bad good guy. Very interesting storyline with interesting characters. I bought the entire series and am now on the third novel in the series. Looking forward to the rest.

I loved the first book and was excited when I found this one. Honesty it was a disappointment. The writing seemed juvenile, the characters were not developed well and the story line, well just say, it was lacking in depth

The story line was not as dynamic as in the first Jack Noble story. The covert government organization to which the protagonist belongs gets itself involved in what should have been an FBI case. The heroes are more emotional and volatile than their dispassionate selves in book 1, and are generally less professional. Whomever did the editing should revisit basic grammar principles. I will not be moving on to book 3.

This was a real edge of the seat page turner! I couldn't put it down until I finished it in one day. I had enjoyed book 1 of the Jack Noble series and I have mentioned the character to numerous friends, and to my husband. I am glad that the love affair that never started ended as it did. Any other ending would have been unrealistic.

Usually I don't read books that are so rough and violent but I loved this book. Once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. I have a tendency to read all of my favorite authors series and this is a new character for me to follow.
