Pete the Cat's Super Cool Reading Collection (My First I Can Read)

My daughter loves Pete the Cat. She was so excited. Some of her favorites in a nice box with a handle. Perfect size for taking them on the go (typical First Reader size books). Great first readers, and Pete the Cat is just awesome! I highly recommend.

Double bonus with this set if your kids love Pete the Cat books! Several of the books are beginning readers, so my kinder grandson is having fun learning lots of words while enjoying one of his favorite story book characters! Yay!!

Cute stories about Pete, but not quite on the same level as the first books like "White Shoes". The stories feel a little more like the author was churning them out to me. But I'm an adult (most of the time), and these books are for kids. My nearly 3 year old loves them. The art is fun and bright. The sentences are simple and easy for a small child to remember. A great price for a set of books.

My 11 month old daughter already loves these books! They are so cute. Her favorite is "Pete's Big Lunch." I love the positive messages that these books have for children, such as "Pete is not sad, he did his best" when striking out in a baseball game. I definitely see us purchasing more Pete books in the future!
