Scientist, Ada Twist

This book is great! This whole series is awesome! My daughter loves them and so do all of our friends with kids. Very cute and inspiring. I recommend the whole series, but they stand on their own very well. We started with Rosie Revere, Engineer.

I love these books! All three are great - Rosie, Iggy and Ada. My 3-4y girl and boy know the words. The stories are smart, funny, and have a good rhythm/cadence when read aloud. Puts the littlest to sleep like a charm.

My 5 year old daughter loves this book...the writing and illustrations are wonderful and engaging, and I appreciate the use of an African American female child (we need more of both in the hard sciences). I highly recommend the other books in the loose series, Iggy Peck the Architect and Rosey Revere the Engineer. There are adorable crossovers elements between each book ;-)

Love this book and its author. I highly recommend this book and all her books. Rosie Revere is my favorite of the group, but this one is adorable and both my girls, ages 5 and 8 love this book! And it makes a great gift too!

Purchased for a smart surrogate grandchild who loved the other Ada books....her face went bright red with excitement when she unwrapped and saw Ada Twist, Scientist as she had been hanging out for that for ages. That's the best review I can give!!! Her Dad was also very relieved when he saw I was able to get this book from the store in time for her birthday.

Another wonderful book from Andrea Beaty - my girls (6 & 9) just love these books! The rhymes are catchy, the illustrations are lovely, and the message is perfect. Go ahead, add it to your collection - you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful book. My three year old grandson had Rosie Revere, engineer and wanted this one that he saw on the cover. When he received it he wanted me to read it, and again, then again. Seven times. That's quite a recommendation! And I loved it every time. Wonderful themes of growing up a little different and how it effects the family. Very well done!
