I really enjoyed this one, although I can honestly say I would not want to live in the town of Newhome at all. In fact, I think I would rather take my chances in the outside.
Well-written, with characters that really seemed to come alive right off the page.

Despite a somewhat slow start this book kept me enthralled until I finished it late into the night. A different take on the post-apocalyptic story with the main character discovering some incredible abilities.

average dystopian story, started out really good but fizzeled towards the end. Maybe a little bit of back ground would have helped or more flashback sequences to help explain some of the odder moments....

Its unusual to find true my unique settings for books. This take on the post apocolyptic world is engaging and a constant, edge of your seat read. The twists aren't entirely unforeseen but we'll done with good pacing. I good read for any post apocolyptic fan.

I very much enjoyed reading this book. Was very hard to put down. Only thing I didn't like were the 15 or so typo's. The story line was very good and kept me on the edge, wondering what would happen next. Looking forward to the next two books in this trilogy.

A brilliant read, with lots of twists and turns. The thing I enjoyed most about this book was being swept up in the story without awareness of the author or outside world. I will definitely be following this author!

This was a new twist on post-apocalyptic society for me. If you like dystopian / post-apocalyptic you will like this. It was well written with a good plot and story line. Excellent plot lines, nicely diverse characters.

I kept thinking about skipping ahead (because I thought it long winded), but could not find a good spot. I was so intriged with it I could not put it down. However it burns me for a so called "full book" to end in a cliff hanger.

I enjoyed reading this book but I enjoy good comic books too. The story held my intrest and had me wanting to read just a little more. The author needs a little polish but has enough savy to make me keep wondering, "Whats going to happen now".

This was just the fourth Dystopian book I have ever read. The first three were the Hunger Games trilogy. This one is so much better. Despite the fact that everything is falling apart around them, the characters still have hope that things will turn out alright. Peter Stone does a great job hooking his readers in from page one and keeping them hooked.

This is a must read for any teen, young adult, or adult who likes Science Fiction, Dystopian, books set in Australia, or just plain likes to read.
