While this book beginning speaks to the scientific evidence of living to 120 years, it twists what is known about nutrition and exercise into the concept of Korean religious belief. To sell a book with the expectation of acceptance of specific religious tenets is not what I was lead to understand this book was all about. Certainly there are calming meditations that relieve stress but once this book started preaching of "POWER CENTERS" in the mind, heart and genital regions.....it became too much of religious proselytizing.

Amazing book!!! Many books so far focused only on improving lifestyle through diet, fitness or other means but I found that this books offers so much more - change of the way we see our life, how we live and gives everyone a clear guideline how to improve quality of our lives to live a fulfilling life that we all dream of. Then to live 120 years with health, happiness and peace could be a goal for many, not just Ilchi Lee. Human beings have so much more potential than what we have manifested so far - must read, I highly recommend this book to everyone, no matter how old they are. Thank you Ilchi Lee, I've been inspired by you many many times.

Very easy read, the pages kept turning. I gained a totally new insight on my preconceptions about age and I feel I can live my life with more passion than ever. Not only good for the mind, but really gave me tools to improve my life and increase my spirituality.
