Once again I enjoyed another great read from Ms. Gaines. Zeke the savior had demons, but he was working his way through them.Aisha/ Tameka well found herself in a bad situation but was determined not to give up on herself. This journey between those two takes us to some dark places,( Ms. Gaines you caught me off guard again) .But grace of God and the Patience and love of a good man helped right a almost sinking ship. The Neary family is pretty amazing also.
Now then there is this, I'm I the only one that was a bit put off that he named her Tameka ,after the much older ex baby sitter who was married
The baller? Then the tragedy sent him off on a solo journey too. Read and see all that happens.

Omg...Im ready for the next installment. This was a good continuation to the Blind Date. This family is simply amazing. This story flowed in a way that made you truly imagine you were apart of the story. I got a few good laughs along the way. Good job......

PHEW ! This is a better than very good book. Probably an excellent story line, yet I found some of the acts(thankfully w/o detailed description) rather disturbing when remembered by Tameka and her visceral but necessary reaction to them. At one point I had to put the book down and do something else.
I finished reading this story hoping for the best. Thats' exactly what I got. Not the big Whoopee !! But a close to one of many react of some women who have who've experienced some similar circumstances. Very few men are willing and correctly can make these relationships work such women.

Olivia has a great ability to combine unique situations, home grown wisdom, quirky humor and life lessons. She is my favorite author for good reasons.

This story feels like a challenge. Like she challenged herself to dig deeper. Like she is challenging the reader to broaden their idea of what a strong woman looks like and what a strong man needs to be strong.

The characters each have a special relationship with God. They also have special abilities. They are fiercely protective and uniquely vulnerable.

This book is worth the read.

Olivia Gaines is one of my favorite authors. I have read most if not all of her books. This book started off very intriguing but the excitement was lost as the story progessed. The villain's murder anticlimactic. The villain did not make an attempt on the hero's life. It was fun to catch up on the Man's life, from Blind Date.

Ms. Olivia, you pend an Awesome Book. Aisha went to hell and back, to survive her ordeal, but with the help of a good, but damage man, Ezekiel who needed saving himself. The two find their way through the the healing process, without having to do to much more damage to each other.
I can't wait to read to read the next installment.

Thanks for tying in the previous mail order bride stories, into this book because now I need to go back and read them all, except for the Mann story(Blind Date) another great read!

I have always loved Olivia Gaines books. But this book was the first I have ever seen to not only knock it out the ball park but to tie a whole two different series of books by a writer together. You would truly have to get all the book in the series to realize that even though each book is a individual set of events unto itself the over all theme is the mail order bride company since 1843 or whatever year is was. I loved all the characters and how each person has learned to deal with what life seems to throw they way. The book teaches how real beauty and strength of a women comes from the inside and is only heightened by the right man. Read it in two hours.

Keep it going with the series because it one hellva journey for each couple. I love how love, patience and trust that healed broken souls to make them a better person and healthy relationship. Ezekiel and Aisha are each other saviour and missing piece. Their chemistry were undeniable with some obstacles to overcome. Nate and Sharon were hilarious and help the couple in their healing process in their relationship. I can't wait for the next book for some crazy drama with the Neary's family.

I was hooked at the first page. Tameka/Aisha, Ezekiel and baby Michelle's connection was supernatural or preordained. They are strong characters who belonged to one another...made me laugh and tear up. Check it out?
