This book had me caught from the first chapter. It was an easy read and had some interesting characters. I liked how the two main characters interacted with each other and how the other characters in the book supported the story.

From the beginning of this book I was interested to a Point where I didn't want to put it down. Rachel Branton wove an interesting tale that had the main character literally leap in off the pages. Thanks for an interesting book. I will definitely be buying "The change" (Unbound)

Excellent writing. Kept me engrossed until the end. I loved that it included an Epilogue so it put a finality to the story. I plan to look for and purchase more e-kindle books if they are available by this writer. (y) kudos.

The characters in the book were interesting and several plot twists kept you guessing almost to the very end. One sentence in the story gave you a very faint clue as to what might be happening, but it was disguised very well.

The plot builds subtly, before you know it you're completely engrossed in their tales of passion mystery, and deception. The story seems so real and actual which a hint of romance in it. So worth the read and I will be saving this book to read again.

Rachel Branton grabs your attention in the first few pages and holds it right through to the end. Tessa and Gage are an unlikely pair thrown together by Tessa's desperate need to escape her cheating fiancé and controlling parents and to gain access to an inheritance (so her pregnant sister won't lose her home.) What Tessa doesn't know is that Gage is a convicted murderer. Once I hit the middle of the book, I couldn't put it down! (Clean Romance: No sex, no foul language).

I have been reading some of Rachel Ann Nunes books and was intrigued to what she might be writing under this other name. It was great to be able to read a different type of story without worrying about suggestive stuff. It was just a great read.

This book kept my attention from the first page! I thought I figured out who did it, but was surprised to see that I was wrong. The author did a great job of keeping you engaged in the characters and in the storyline.

I found it irritating that just because Gage had been to jail entitled Tessa felt the need to talk down to him all the time. She offers him 50K dollars for marrying her for her inheritance but she has the audacity to want 5K back because he asked her for a favor. He saved her life after they were attacked on the street in Vegas and she still was always all about money. Every chance she got she threw the money or him being in prison in his face. I am not surprised as her own family wanted her to still marry her fiance after he was caught cheating for the sake of their business. When Gage offered to pay Tessa to give her a taste of her own medicine she was offended. Additionally, Tessa sustained a head injury and Gage had a gunshot wound which none of that was addressed. It is almost like a chapter was missing where Gage and Tessa go to the hospital, he has the bullet removed and recovers. He apparently was losing so much blood they gave him a transfusion in the dirt and weeds. Keep it real....an ambulance does NOT have blood available to perform a transfusion without knowing what blood type the patient is. It's ironic that Gage ends up using his savings to save her sister's house before Tessa received her inheritance.

The book had horrible made for TV plot, with so many twists and turns that were far-fetched to say the least. I wish that I could get a refund.

Well written great to read. Wonderful characters. Will keep you in suspense until the end although I kind of had my suspicions about one of the characters. I do recommend. It is really an enjoyable read.
