I have been watching Melissa Maker's YouTube videos for a long time so it was an easy decision to buy her book. Whether you are familiar with her or not, this book is a must! Especially for younger adults, or any one starting out with no idea how to clean. Even though I have been a wife and mother for a long time, I still greatly benefitted from this book. Love it!

What a gem of a resource for cleaning your space!!!! I don't have time to watch YouTube as much, but I am a book reader and need to have information at my fingertips...like this book! Melissa has completely outlined and then filled in the gaps in her book from her method "clockwise" to the cleaners, to essential oils, to what a microfiber cloth is, to how to clean each individual room in your house! I love it!

If you watch her YouTube channel, that's great, I do too when I have time, but what you have in her book are all the notes you DON'T have to take, just flag where you need that info! I highly recommend this book to: newly weds, new moms, young professionals,...Oh anybody who wants a better handle on cleaning their space! ha!

I've watched Melissa's YouTube videos for years and bought this book immediately. Melissa's book is just as easy, clear and concise as her videos. The book makes a handy reference guide to get stuff done quickly.

Haven't finished it yet but started it and perused the entire book - loads of helpful info and tips. Looking forward to living a cleaner life while not spending every moment cleaning. Thanks Melissa - love your YouTube channel too (and a Subscriber)!

This book is so helpful. It has great information for beginners to professionals. The author provides cleaning product diys, just like a cooking recipes. She has a wonderful YouTube channel and a fantastic website!

Melissa wrote down what she shows us in her YouTube videos with more detail and with nice personal comments and stories. She gets us motivated to clean! I especially like that she uses natural products and that she gives us diy cleaning recipes. The only thing I would have preferred is black and bigger fonds for her book. It would have made the reading a little bit more comfortable. Other than that:Thanks, Melissa, for your hard work getting this book written!

Melissa Maker can't be beat for giving inspiration and practical methods for keeping a home clean, orderly and stress free! I am looking forward to reading her book, "Clean My Space" cover to cover. I have been following her on YouTube and am thrilled to have her great tips in book form. My mom sure made house keeping look easier than it seems to be for me. Now, I am learning even better ways from this next generation to get it done in less time with less effort. I can see that this book is full of great tips to create time and energy saving cleaning routines for those of us who don't have a natural talent for it. I tend to clean the same areas frequently and neglect other areas altogether, running out of time, energy and interest. I give a 4 star for the book, mainly, because the font a bit difficult to read for me. The print is a pretty lavender tint, which is a strain to focus on. A little larger and/or darker text would make the book an even handier, more user friendly resource.

I like most of Melissa Makers tips. However, she doesn't give safety tips for using essential oils. I go to a group on Facebook called Using Essential Oils safely. If interested, go to the Using Essential Oils Safely group that has 100,000 members. It is very informative and has helped me greatly.

This book is so helpful and informative. Melissa gives homemade recipes for cleaning to help cleaning costs low and for a healthier alternative. She also gives great tips of how to work smarter and not harder. I think this book is a great gift idea for those people starting off in the world or just looking for faster ways to keep your house tidy and clean!

This lady has really done her research. I had originally ordered this book on my Kindle and then went back and ordered again in the hardcover format. I found that I wanted to highlight information that was especially pertinent to me and also make notes in the book margins. Not only does she take you room by room, and task by task (you decide what is most important to you), she does is with humor and logic. I have been watching Melissa's videos on Youtube for a while now, and although I am in my late 70's, I've still picked up many useful and time-saving pointers from her. Melissa, you are amazing!

I've been following Melissa Maker on YouTube ever since I moved out on my own last year. I've always been a unorganized person, hated cleaning in general. I did it because I had to and often rushed through it.

One year and a book later I quite enjoy it actually, it's somewhat therapeutic to clean now when you have your own routine set and you also make your own cleaning detergents which is not only fun but also very good for the environment.

Most importantly I've come to enjoy cleaning for myself and not because we're having company or mom is nagging, she has made me want to appreciate the process for myself.

All in all a great read, very comprehensive. One could skim through the book once and then only have it around as a go to when you need to look up the smoothest quickest way to clean a particular item or room.

After purchasing this book, I was dismayed that people have to be told how to clean. It did have some helpful tips but basically if you get up and clean - your space will be clean. I did like the recipes for cleaning solutions.

This woman knows her stuff! I have learned new concepts and techniques as well as helpful tweaks to things I already knew, not to mention great DYI recipes for effective cleaners. I highly recommend this book for anyone, any age! Super housewarming gift!

Bought the soft version of this book, from my daughter's recommendation. Love it. Refer to it all the time. I've made several cleaning recipes from it and love each one. Get one for yourselves, Melissa makes cleaning 'fun?'. Yeh fun.

I love her YouTube Videos. Fast and Simple. She has such great ideas for making your own cleaning solutions. I pre-ordered and received the book yesterday and so far I love it. It's just like her videos very simple and to the point. I think she is awesome I would totally hire her cleaning company to come to my house if she ever opens up in California! Anyone could benefit from having this book.
