Scottish Time Travel Romances (Morna's Legacy Collections)

These stories are entertaining and romantic. The characters are believable and we'll developed. I am stimulated to visit Scotland and see some of these castles. The way of life in the 17th century is portrayed as free of modern technology including congested roads and nuclear weapons. Enjoy!

Enjoyed the box set, however the novella ended rather inconclusive and not a cliff hanger. I did read the box set according to your Reading Order List, which was helpful. Thanks Bethany, keep up the good work.....

1st set was wonderful and immediately bought 2nd set and was not disappointed. Wish Morna's stories would go on and on. Both sets were such a guilty pleasure to take me away from my everyday life. Funny along with the romance and time travel/romance, just what I needed.

This did not live up to my expectations. The first book was definitely the best of the group but still not that great. The attempt at dialogue using me, meself, etc. was quite annoying and detracted from the story. Being able to time travel is one thing, but doing it "at will" and easily added nothing. Each story was predictable and the second quite boring. I did read all the books since I hate to leave books unfinished, but it was not that enjoyable. There are other books in this series but I will not be reading them nor any others by this author. Based on the reviews, I expected more interesting stories.

I enjoyed this collection. I had purchased Love beyond time and decided to purchase this collection. All the characters are likeable minus the villains. If you are able, read the books in order; it will make more sense. Keep in mind it is time travel based but easy to follow. One thing I really liked, was the author incorporating older/mature characters (Adelle & Hew) and telling their story. In more than most books; the characters are 20 somethings to mid 30's at the most so Adelle & Hew were a nice touch. I will purchase more books from this series. I wonder about a connection with Mitsy &" E-O". Both red haired & she said he looked like he could be her brother & both were foster/adopted children. Hum.. As you read through the books; you see the characters mature which is nice. I recommend this series.

These are wonderful books. Mystery, romance, magic, intrigue. Not too sappy, not solely romance, just like I prefer. The writing is excellent, flowing and natural. I just found the second boxed set in the Kindle store and i couldn't click 'Buy' fast enough. I have a feeling I'm not going to get enough sleep before work tomorrow.
