Brennus (Immortal Highlander - Clan Skaraven Book 1)

Once again another awesome start to a great new series. I love that it ties into the last series as well, it feels like we're continuing on instead of starting over. These new characters have their own story to tell in a world we're somewhat familiar with. Can't wait to read the next book.

Hazel writes a good tale, and keeps things pretty authentically period. The speech is only modernized enough to make it understandable, and she writes good dialogue (which is a frequent complaint of mine, and will make me toss a book in disgust). And this has enough differences to keep it fresh, and enough familiarity to keep you coming back. A good read!

Well, after reading a previous series Immortal Highlander: A Time Travel Romance series 5 books by Ms. Hunter, which you really should read first and is really great, I continued to read this book.. this book is worth reading. ?
Now, i have to wait for the next book ?? I hate waiting for the next book to the series..

I highly recommend readers who are interested in Highlander Romance and Time Travel jump on the Hazel Hunter band wagon! I am thrilled that Ms. Hunter is continuing the druids magic with Brennus, Althea and Clan Skaraven as the new immortals who reluctantly help the druids battle a new enemy. I am glad to have discovered Ms. Hunter and her writings. I can honestly say that she is my new favorite! That being said, I can't wait until Cadeyrn is finished!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book from the author. It is richly woven together with vividly lush descriptions., great characters, and an entertaining storyline. Althea and Brennus were so sweet together. I look forward to more of this series.

Ahhh....another fantastic immortal highlander book from this author!! I was caught up in this first book of a new series immediately. Brennus and Althea are great characters and the group of supporting characters are great also. Can't wait for the next book. Definitely recommend this book.

The most unusual and interesting book I’ve read in a long time. I had no real expectations and I wasn’t sure about this author. But wait was I thoroughly enjoyably Surprised. I could not put the book down. Unique unique unique. I can’t wait to read another one of her books

This is another great time travel romance from Hazel Hunter. She writes great characters in beautiful settings. And there is always a bit of angst and plenty of heat. Hazel never disappoints.

This one surprised me, I really enjoyed it. It ended too soon and too abruptly, but that's what I've come to expect from books created to be part of a series. I'd much prefer that they be written to stand alone.

A new and fresh voice in the paranormal world. Love the characters and storyline. Can't wait to read the next book in this series. I truly need a Brennus in my world. Lol Continue blessings and success my friend. Thank you

Great story but definitely not like the time travel books I’ve read. Interesting characters, unexpected twists and turns keep you wondering who to trust and what could possibly happen next. The ending is the greatest surprise, but don’t read ahead.

Ms Hunter writes time travel romance for those of us who want and need some adventure along with sexy heroes and villains who are evil and heroines who are intelligent strong and just like us (at least as we hope we are!)

Hazel Hunter builds upon her previous books with a new cast of characters in the world you already love. Always exciting and romantic, her stories are exactly what you hope they’ll be and include something you won’t suspect. Lovely read!
