The book came very quickly and was as stated. While it was short, it was just the right length for a parent to read aloud. The rhythm of the phrasing was 'catchy', and incorporated many of the other stories by this author. I recommend it as a little gift for a pregnant Mom.

This book is WAY overpriced for the size of the book. Most Dr. Suess books are at least 6"x4" - this one literally fits in my pocket. I did read this on the reviews and purchased anyways. The publisher needs to get off their high horse and lower this price. The book over all is ok - for an expecting mother, it is cute and has a sweet message. Just lower the price!

I love it simply because it was meant to be read to the baby growing in the womb, but it was nothing more than an "introduction" to the other Dr Seuss characters meant to be read as a child got older. I think it was worth the purchase, but I was a little disappointed in the fact it didn't have it's own story and was more about what characters are in other books.

I bought this gift-sized book for my son and his wife who are expecting in December. Of course, I read it first....true to Suess style and so cute! My grandson won't be here until December, but he's already getting an earful of Dr. Seuss every day, and my son and his wife are starting the wonderful practice of reading to their child.

I bought the book so I could copy the "Oh Baby he places you will go so it could be screened onto the baby shower cake.
The theme was travel as Mom and Dad love to travel.
Love Dr. Seuss. and my oldest son had been given the "Oh the Places you will go" as a graduation gift and he has lived & worked in London & Vancouver BC. Might be a good luck book

I bought this book to include in a basket of things to give my husband as I tell him he will be a Daddy. I read through this book and just loved it. It is funny, silly, and sweet. I highly recommend it this cute little book.

It is a tiny-sized version of the book, cleverly offered by the author's wife. I bought it for my pregnant granddaughter to read to her son before and after his birth (baby's father read it to baby while he was still in uterus--it is good for fetus to hear mother and father's voices before birth, and is also a bonding experience between the baby and his parents, and helps the parents bond with each other). The mother and father loved the book and the experience, and soon their son can enjoy it with them or own his own. Do not worry about its smallness...it makes a lovely gift for any pregnant woman/couple (or baby-shower gift), or after-birth gift for parents and child. I recommend buying it when the mother is 7-8 months along, and baby/parents will continue to enjoy it for the first few years of the child's life. A cute keepsake, too.

I rarely give a bad review but in this case I have to. This book is half the size of the other Dr. Seuss books- very hard to read and I really do not see why it is made for in utero. The words are hard to pronounce and simply just bad- not even cute
Don't waste your money- get a regular book to read to your baby- and skip this one- very disappointed

I bought this book as a gift for my sister who is expecting her first child. She absolutely loves it! It is durable and constructed with high quality materials, but it is definitely a MINI book. It is quite small, but I think that adds to the charm of it. The idea behind this book is fantastic and I would definitely recommend this to any expectant mother in order to instill the love of reading in their child at a very young age!

I loved reading this book to my little boy when he was still inside me. I read it to him every evening at the same time. Once he was here, I continued reading it to him and felt like we had a special bond over this book.

Reading this book has become such a special ritual for us! Starting in our third trimester, my husband starting reading this to our little one every night. Not only has it become a way that he can feel more connected to the baby (challenging for dads - they're not growing it!), the baby loves it, too. He kicks up a storm every time he hears my husband's voice reading it. The illustrations are charming and Rabe does an excellent job extracting bits from many stories to come together as this sweet little book. It takes less than five minutes to read. This will be my go-to gift for all expecting friends from now on!

The story is so cute and our little one loves it. He kicks around every time we read it- especially when daddy is reading. It's an adorable way to get dad to talk to baby in utero and for our baby to hear his voice regularly. The book is "mini" which I wasn't expecting but I got use to it really fast. The size was it's only downside.

I thought the story was cute. Yes, like other reviewers said, it is primarily an introduction to the Seuss characters but it also clearly says so on the back cover (not that it can be seen on the store). But it's a welcome to the baby coming into Seuss world. If you don't plan on reading Seuss to your child this book is probably pointless but if you do it's cute. And yes it's small but I knew that before buying it.

This book is SO cute. I enjoy reading it "to my belly" as much as I enjoy just reading it aloud. It's a great introduction to all of the popular Dr. Seuss characters in a non-cheesy way. The book itself is little. I was expecting it to be normal book-sized, but when it showed up and was kid-sized, it shocked me. Nothing bad about it, just wasn't expecting it.

This isn't a full size book, it's VERY small. It DOES say that the book dimensions are: 5.2 x 0.3 x 5.8 inches I just never thought to check the size when ordering books! Still cute & unborn baby can't see the pictures anyways :)

I wanted something 'different' for my daughter to congratulate her on her pregnancy. She was very surprised as everyone knows the classic Dr. Suess Book "Oh The Places You'll Go" but this book is specifically for the baby-to-be! An awesome gift for an expectant mother!

The actual size of this book is tiny... it probably states that in the description, but I must have overlooked that. I bought this as a gift for an expectant friend. I think it will be a fun book for her to read - good way to introduce children to Dr. Suess.

We bought this as a gift for a momma to be and it was printed upside down from the front cover. So when you open it you have to flip the book to read it correctly. It does come with a cover over the hardcover, but the hardcover is printed completely upside down. We ended up asking to return it because we couldn't gift it like that...we got our money back and ended up being able to keep the book as well.

I bought as a Christmas gift for my wife. She adores it. Everything Dr.Seuss is, is captured in this book. I think it is a great way to start a long journey of Dr. Seuss stories and reading... Starts with parents. I will buy this again for friends and family when time is right.

I purchased this book to use as a memory book for my baby (write memories during pregnancy and such inside to give to my baby when they have their own) But the book is MUCH to small to do anything of that sort with - cute book, but overall did not fit my needs.

It was recommended to me by a co-worker who had me buy them for her.....I like the concept that she is using this for, so I decided to get one for my grandaughter......as she takes a step out of a grade level have a teacher write her a note then at the end of high school present this as a gift of how far she has gone!

This was a gift for a family member who was expecting! The rhymes and word play of Dr. Seuss inspired prose are timeless. The book came quickly as expected and with no bumps or dents on its travels. The expecting mom was extremely pleased because we both grew up on Dr. Seuss. So the tradition continues. This is a must buy.

What a great idea! Now my daughter-in-law is reading to my little "Jelly Bean" even before he (or she, don't know yet) sees the light of day. I would have liked the book to be larger (3"x5"), but it's still really cool.

As expected. A used book. However the removable outside cover of the book was the only thing that looked used. If you remove that, the hard cover which has the exact same picture and information, looks fairly new or almost new. I have not had a chance to read it yet but I know I will be happy with it.

While not written by Seuss, the prose is jaunty and fun. However, the book is TINY! It's definitely a "gift book" size and not something you'll be able to pick up and read to your vision-impaired newborn. I'll buy Cat in the Hat next time.

My husband and I have been reading this to our baby almost every single night while she is in "Utero". It's gotten to the point where when we read it...she starts to kick and we truly think she recognizes the sounds of our voices and the rhyming words in the book. Great bonding experience for the entire family to be!
I am 8.5 months pregnant now and started reading to her at 2 months. It's kind of been a great little countdown and something to look forward to nightly.

I purchased this book to give to my daughter as a Mother's Day gift. When I opened he box I saw how small it really is. Guess that teaches you not to read the complete description. But sometimes I here the descriptions are not accurate any ways. But gave the book 4 stars based on the book in a whole. Lost a star cause of the size.

The version I had of this book for my first baby was tiny, like palm sized. But this one is a full-sized Seuss book. (Bought in June 2016 from this listing). The story is cute and I'm excited to share it as a family.

I would have never ordered this book it had been described as very small. Its too much of a hassle to return, minus shipping fees I will just have to deal with it and purchase the regular size book locally. The small book served no purpose for me, I will never have a need to carry this book in my pocket or purse? I wish the listing had been more specific.

I was disappointed to discover that this book was so small, and basically just an advertisement for all the other Dr Seuss books. It wasn't even written by DS. I don't feel it was worth the money. You shouldn't have to pay for ads.

There are a lot of complaints about the size of this book. The book I received was relatively large so I have no complaint there. My issue, however, is the awkward proportion of cover thickness to pages. Upon receipt of an invitation to my cousins' baby shower, it was requested that all attendees bring a book with a handwritten note on the inside. So after some quick searching, I decided to purchase this. It's a pretty cute concept but the cover is significantly thicker than the pages making it awkward to open and hold. I don't have kids so I don't know if this is the new norm but I don't think the content outweighs the awkwardness of the book itself. I didn't have time to go find a new one so I still gave this as a part of my gift. I'm probably way to particular, but unless I come to find that this is typical of all children's books, I don't think I'll be purchasing this again.

Also, this book

Sure it rhymes, but it was so small a child would not find it stimulating (tiny drawings). Mostly, it just referred to other Seuss books, without telling a story or anything. If you are going to read to a baby in the womb, you have a captive audience. Why not read Shakespeare, Milton or something more educational?

I love Dr. Seuss more than anybody. I have almost all of his books. I was so very disappointed with this book. I searched for it while I was pregnant with my first child but could only find Oh, The Places You'll Go! which I love. When I became pregnant again I finally found this book only for it to basically be an advertisement for all the other books. I guess I had expected it to be meaningful like Oh, The Places You'll Go! So for anybody out there that is expecting it to be similar, it is not. It is probably a good book for most, but for me it was just a disappointment.

I cannot express how disappointed I was when I received this book. It is extremely small. I was looking forward to giving this to my friend for her baby shower, but am too embarrassed to give it to her as it would seem I had "cheaped out" on her. Absolutely a let-down.

The people making this thing clearly had the "small packages" theory going. Imagine the little golden books. Now fold it in half. Half again. There you have it. The idea of small books isn't the whole problem, I liked Jonathan Livingston Seagull. However this is exactly the kind of thing Dr. Seuss himself fought against while he was alive. This book is done "in the style" of Seuss. This was made "in the style" of cashing in. He deserved better and so does the person you are giving this to. Do yourself a favor and buy a real Seuss book, any Seuss book. Except Yertle, I hated Yertle.

The book itself is one of the best kids books out there, but after opening the box and seeing it is actually a pocket size book, both my daughter and I were a little disappointed, yes mostly me because my daughter at the bookstore loved the book, nut at home when she got it she did not pay attention to it for more than a few minutes, where as when she gets regular size books she would be hunting for people to read it to.
It would be very helpful if there was a description specifying the tininess of it.

This is seriously the most adorable book. I got it as a gift from a friend and it is hands down the best baby gift I've ever received. My son is three and we're expecting our next. My son loves Dr Suess and we seriously have read every single story a million times. Now we read this one to the baby. I wasn't sure how interested he'd be, but every single night now before bed he insists that we have to read this book to the baby. It might not have quite as big of an impact on someone who's not already and avid Dr Suess lover, or who doesn't already have an older child that knows all the stories (it even taps into some of the more obscure ones), but for us it was just perfect. I have read this so many times I can recites most of it, and I still tear up sometimes.

I ordered this adorable little book when I was pregnant with my first child. It was the first book I ever read to my baby and it couldn't have been a more perfect book. Every page is filled with all the things you would want to tell your baby and just don't know how. I didn't think I would cry but when I got to that last page and I read " so now as my voice burple urps in your ear with a bump thumpy sound that is not very clear the words I am saying you hear in your heart and know that I wish you the very best start"....I completely lost it and cried like a baby. This book was definitely a family favorite so much so that I can probably recite the book by heart. My husband and I would take turns reading it to my pregnant belly, one night he would read it and I the next night and so forth, it was a wonderful bonding experience with our unborn son.

Unlike some of the negative reviews, I am not slamming this book because of the small size (which the store clearly describes), nor its intended purpose (again, also advertised: "To Be Read in Utero"), nor even because it is essentially a laundry list of Seussian keywords inserted into the classic Oh, the Places You'll Go!, itself a great book for children and young adults alike.

But not growing up with Dr. Seuss myself, I tend to have a critical eye when I read them now as an adult. The rhymes are all-time classics and the artwork is both fanciful and bizarre, however some of the messages are questionable (i.e., peer pressure in Green Eggs and Ham), and some of the stories themselves are quite violent (i.e., Thidwick the Big Hearted Moose).

Oh, Baby is therefore best for those parents who: A) enjoyed and fondly remember Dr. Seuss stories themselves; and B) plan to read many if not all of the full-length versions to their child in the future.

My husband and I just read this book to our baby tonight after receiving it as a gift from friends. It couldn't be more adorable! If you are a Seuss lover, this book is a great little treat that refers to many of the best loved Seuss characters all while helping you get into the routine of reading to your child. It's never too early to expose your child to literature and this book is definitely a fun way to start. It is a small book but I fail to see the problem with that as it is meant to be a cute little gift item for use during pregnancy only. It's about the size of a small board book - about 4x6".

I will be purchasing this book and sharing it with friends as they begin their own families - it's the perfect congratulatory gift!

While the book may be a cute idea the description needs to be updated. This book is TINY. I am very sad as it was a gift for my baby shower and when I received the package from the store I thought it was something else. To open a tiny package thinking it's my cell phone charger that was being delivered, only to find that it is a book that is like 4x3 inches was disappointing to say the least. I wish this type of review would have been one of the suggested reviews, as it would at least let people know what they are getting. Had I known ahead of time that it was this small I would have either not had my expectations so high, or I would have searched for a larger book.

Dear Baby,

Me wife got this book from a friend who's name was Brook.
Read it and breed it and enjoy she said while she cooked; So we got really busy one-sy, two-sy, and three-sy all in one nightsy we did.
You will be bornsy about nine monthsy after we sealed the deedsy, and daddy slept wellski after we mades they I did.

I shall read this book to an embryo in utero you see, and maybe I'll do it while's eating for free. Your brain will be insane with all the verbage you'll hear. Soon you'll bounce while I bald and tell bad jokes in your ear. Those wrinkles I receive you'll give me for free. One-ski, Two-ski, I see more-ski before I forty, OH DEAR. My dad-ski warned me of all the trouble you'll cause. He said, "You'll get a child who will grey and shave you like me." I said, "A, I'm not grey, but I occasionally take a rolaids before I take my wife for a jump in the Hay, Hay Hay."

In the end the book claims you'll be smarter and a better farter if I read to you this day. I'll do it I say, just keep you little pee pee at bay, and promise not to spray....

Bottom Line: Great little book. Cute read it to your child in utero and watch the brain grow. I had to use the word embryo with utero, but your childs not an embryo.

I read this book during my first pregnancy and loved it. It offers a wonderful bonding opportunity between mother and baby. It also provides an excuse to sit quietly for a few moments a day while you are reading this aloud. The wonderful result was that when our son was born, he would calm down when I started to read this book to him. He recognized the cadence of the rhyming words and my voice as I read.

The small size may be a deterrent to some but it is a great size to slip in the diaper bag after baby is born. This book went everywhere with us for our son's first year. Complete strangers would watch as I read this and our son would become calm and watch my face or look at the book.

Buy this as a gift for an expectant parent, just be aware that the size is not a "full-sized" book. For us that was not a disadvantage. I can't recommend this book enough.

I should have read the dimensions better in the description. The book is cute, but VERY small. Pocket-sized I would say. It is for my son & daughter in law who are expecting twins in Jan. I gave it 4 stars because it is a very nice book, but, unless you read the dimensions, it is a bit deceiving, I think.

Although the size of this book is small, the joy we got out of reading it to my belly was not! It states right in the title that this book is meant, "... to be read in utero" and that's exactly what we did every night. My husband and I would read to my belly every night before going to bed. After about a week, the baby would respond, by moving, every time we read it. We would take turns reading it so that our son could hear both of our voices. I never read it to my son after he was born because we have the original book, but Dr. Suess books are some of his favorites to this day (and he's 18 months old now).
I am purchasing it this time for my best friend, who is expecting her first child. My husband and I are now expecting our second son and we plan to start reading it to him every night as soon as he can "hear." I would recommend this book for exactly what it states itself to be: "A book to be read in utero."

Maybe I did not read the description carefully, though the book is cute, it is one of those tiny little pocket versions. Also I thought it would "read" more to do with the upcoming baby, but instead has a mention or two of the baby to be, but the rest is typical Dr. Seuss rambling nonsense.

Going to be completely honest.
I didn't purchase this book for myself, so I honestly cannot comment on how good the book itself is.
Although I don't think a children's book needs to be written like a Hunger Games book.

The book came in mint condition with absolutely no flaws.
The cover, the inside, the wrapping, all great.

I purchased this, as well as 4 other books for my cousins baby shower.
She loved them.

Not too great for a toddler!!! When I first ordered this book, I thought it was the original one, not one that was to be read in utero. I was also suprised at how tiny the book was.
I got this book AFTER my daughter was born, so I never actually got the chance to read it to her while she was still in the womb. I recently started to read this book to my daughter a few months ago, she was a little over 1 year.
She dosen't seem to enjoy it very much and I think the book is way too long to hold her interest. I also think some of the language and rhyming is a little hard for her to grasp.
My recommendation is that if you want to purchase this book, do it while your baby is in utero and read it to him/her until the birth. After the birth, get the original version.

Its cute. I was using this as a baby shower gift (instead of a card, write a letter in the book) but I guess I didn't pay attention to how SMALL the book is. I got this when I was pregnant with my son, and I loved it. I especially loved the encouragement to read to him while I was pregnant. I was amazed to see that some reviewers gave it low stars for being too small. Since when does that matter?

And I guess you have to be a Seuss fan, because there are a lot of references to Seuss characters, but I loved that. Thanks for a great book!

I first bought and read this book (in utero) to my first born, my daughter. I also read it, in utero, to my second child, my son, 3 years later. This book was a beautiful way for me, as the father, to connect to my child in utero. I also found it to be a way for my wife and I to build intimacy while she was carrying our child. As I read over her stomach, the bond was beginning - both with her and my child.

Other reviews I have read on this book have said that it serves no use once the baby is born. Just the other night my daughter and I found the book. I told my daughter, who is now 4 1/2 years old, that I had read this book to her when she was in Mommy's stomach. She said, "awww, Daddy, can you read it to me again?" I found it to be such a wonderful reminder of that special moment that I had, looking forward to her birth.

I highly recommend this book and I continue to give it to FATHERS as a way for them to begin that bonding time with their expecting wife and child to come.

I love The Places You'll Go! and when I saw this book, I grabbed it for my daughter in law. I believe reading to a child is one of the most important things that can be done to prepare them for what lies ahead. What a great way to begin, while still in Utero. The sound of a familar voice and the beginning of a special time between child and parent (or grandparen't, sibling, etc.) that will hopefully continue through their life. I don't always care for Dr. Seuss, but this is a book that speaks from the heart. The book is smaller than most, but then it's for in Utero!

Never heard the opinion of this book, but from my side of it, only Dr Seuss could come up with a book like this. The prices were great. I hope this book gets used for just the reason it was. I love the store!

My mom and I were trying to find a few gifts to give my pregnant sister before she had her baby shower, and when I saw this book, I knew she'd love it. And I was right! She's been reading the book to her soon-to-be baby boy ever since. A real treat for any woman expecting who grew up with Dr. Seuss' books. Don't pass this one up!

read it to both my kids before and after their birth, loved the rhythm to the point that the words were memorized. Never thought the Dr. Seuss illustrations were particularly charming, but nice. But you can't deny the rhyming sentimate. Last page always made me tear up a bit when rocking my kids in my arms as newborns.

There is nothing quite like reading to your yet-to-be born child. This book exceeds expectations for, that purpose. Chills every time. I still read it to her and reminisce about reading it to her while pregnant.

I received this book as a gift from a coworker when I was about 4 months pregnant. I have read it almost daily to my unborn child and I love the feeling it gives me to read it and know that my child is listening! I am almost 6 months pregnant, and with the baby kicking me constantly, I am reminded that he wants to hear his favorite book! I love the creativity within this book, the emotions it brings while reading it, and the idea that my child is reading already! It isn't expensive nor does it take all day to read. Highly recommended!

I must admit, I did not get this until after my son was born :( During my pregnancy, we read green eggs and ham, which I love. But I read this nearly nightly, as it is so much fun to read. I get the lines stuck in my head! I could not, would not miss buying this book!

While this book starts off cute, it is a far cry from capturing the spirit of the original "Oh, the Places You'll Go." While the original is inspirational , the baby version is not much more than a laundry list of Dr. Suess characters the baby will meet when Mom and Dad read to it. There really is nothing inspirational or exceptional about it. When my husband was reading it to the baby, I kept waiting to tear up with the hope it would promise. Instead, I grew impatient waiting for him to finish the long long list of Dr. Suess characters the baby will meet. Definitely not at all what we expected.

What a fantastic idea! I really felt a connection while reading this to my baby girl who is due this September. The book is wonderfully written. As you read to your baby growing inside you, you feel like you're really helping to shape her attitude coming into the world! I can't say enough. Be sure to buy Oh, the Places You'll Go! (Classic Seuss) along with it for when the baby is here and for later when they start reading.

This book is a great gift for anyone - young or old - who is moving on and up. I gave it to my grown son who is soon to make me a grandmother. It is a wonderful gift for showers, graduations, - what fun!

Dads to be will score major sensitivity points with mom to be if they buy this book. The down side, dad, is that you'll be asked to read the book to mom's stomach - but it's a relatively quick read. All kidding aside, reading this book to your in-utero baby is a bonding experience. Moms start those feelings a lot sooner than dads. This book is a chance for dads to start bonding with the baby even before feeling the baby kick for the first time. And, as I suggested earlier, mom will feel really good about dad showing this kind of interest.

Bought this book for my sister almost 5 years ago when she was pregnant with my nephew. I even read it to her tummy at the baby shower!! So sweet, love the rhythm of the writing. Then when I became pregnant with my daughter I had to have this book! I read it everyday to my daughter in utero, and now (she's 6 months old) we explore many of the other Dr. Seuss books. :)

My mother gave me this book when I was pregnant with my first child. My husband and I read it frequently to our son (now 3) in utero. I have since purchased it for every expectant parent I know. If you love Dr. Suess, and are expecting, you must have this book.
The book is a short compilation of Dr. Suess favorites. It introduces the newcomer to all the imaginative characters of Dr. Seuss' creative mind. It's also great practice for parents-to-be to get back into the swing of reading aloud. The beauty of the book is in its rhythm and rhyming, which captivate the developing mind of a child. Our son who was read this book in utero is now a book fanatic and constantly makes up rhyming words. I believe this is a direct result of his exposure to this and other Seuss books.

This makes a perfect gift for the mother-to-be ... whether this is her first baby or fifth! It is a lovely way to get dad reading to the baby. As it says on the cover "a book to be read in utero". I swear my baby responded. It is darling ... and a MUST HAVE for that special pregnant woman in your life. It makes a perfect "congratulations on your pregnancy" gift.

I actually don't remember if I bought this book for myself when I was pregnant or if someone bought it for me. But I read this to my son in utero every evening when he woke, in my belly to play soccer with my rib cage.

I remember still reading this to him even when he was about three years old.

I highly recommend.

While we are both avid readers, my husband and I were definately moved at the idea of reading to our baby while in utero. It was a great way to start reading all those wonderful books again and learning the language that we had let go. Our child has not stopped looking at books and learning from them. Now she is a year and we are thrilled that she picks up books all the time. Thanks Dr. Seuss!

Oh, Baby the Places You'll Go makes a great gift for expectant mothers and fathers. The forward to the books explains how reading to babies in utero affects them. The story takes bits and pieces of Dr. Seuss favorites and combines them to create an adorable story about what lies ahead for the new baby and the anticipation that parents are feeling. It might even bring a tear to your eye!

This book is so wonderful. My mom bought this for me when I first found out I was pregnant with my son. My husband would read it to the baby all the time and it made it a wonderful family bonding time.
Now that my best friend is going to have a baby I am going to pass a long the tradition of having this book to read to the baby before it is born. And I know she is gonna love it.

Of all the gifts my wife and I received for our first baby, this was undoubtedly the best. Not only did it give me, a first time father, the chance to bond with our son, it gave both of us a great deal to think about as well. Today, a year later, I can't even think about this book without a tear coming to my eyes. I highly recommend it for any parents-to-be, and it truly makes a gift that will last a lifetime.

The book was unexpectedly min-sized!!! Had I known, I would have bought another. The words are the same - fabulous Dr. Seuss - but the package matters, too. This was intended as a gift and turned out to be more like the gift card.

They say we should start reading to baby before s/he's even born and this cute book is supposedly for doing just that. It's 1 or 2 paragraph snippets from varoius Dr. Suess classics. The rhyming verses bounce along simply and you'll know it by heart after 10 reads. Mommy to be says she can sometimes feel the baby move as I read to her belly. A cute baby book.

I do not think this book is meant to be educational it is meant to be fun to read to BABY. I think any expecting parent who has an open mind and wants something fun to read this is the book! I am very happy I purchased this book. I would recommend this book to anyone expecting.

If you are interested in starting a library for your new baby of Dr. Seuss books, this book is important to have. It is a nice introduction for baby for the Dr.Seuss books to come. I myself am soon to be a new mom and have started a Dr. Seuss library and I am so glad I came across this book at the book store.

My husband and I curled up on the sofa and read this ever so catchy book to our unborn baby. Maybe it's because I'm a first time mom, but sitting there, sharing something with this little amazing baby growing inside of me, it was just amazing. The book flows from page to page and keeps you smiling from beginning to end. I recommend it to all parents, especially first timers!

As a Dr. Seus fan, my desire is to share my love of literature with my little guy. While his daddy was reading to him, in utero of course, he was kicking away and seemed to truly enjoy his Dr. Seus experince. I will continue to read this book to my son throughout my pregnancy and once he arrives.

The book is very cute and my daughter and I enjoy reading this story to the baby. I was a little disapointed in the fact that this book is very small and not regular dr. seuss sized. The book doesn't go with my collection due to it's size and it was not in very good condition, which could have happened during shipping but still don't list it in excellent condition if it is not.

Such a cute book! It is small but i dont really feel like that matters at all. I love reading it to my bump. As someone who grew up and has read many Dr. Seuss books to kids I love how it talks about all the characters the baby is going to meet once it is born.

I recieved this book as a gift from my aunt for Mother's Day when I was 6 months pregnant. It is the cutest book!! I immediately got online and bought the book for my sister-in-law who is trying to get pregnant now. Every expectant mother should have one!

While the book is conceptually a Seuss (hence the two stars v. just one), neither the artwork nor the story really is. It actually seemed a bit more like a mini-advertisement for the other works of Seuss rather than a true Seuss book being that it is more of a list of other characters and complete devoid of any real story.

A novelty at best. Stick to the true "Oh, the Places You'll Go!".

The best book for the expecting parents. It's a wonderful way to start your child on the works of Dr. Suess. We will give this and at least one other Dr. Suess title to expecting parents from now on. We found it amusing and a delightful way to read to our unborn child.

This item was not in the box with the other item on the invoice. It never arrived. Since I wasn't able to find an option for that, I tried for a refund or replacement and explained in the notes. The book was never received, so I can't give it any good reviews.
