I love the whole story and the leveling and magic system. Can't wait to read book two! My only suggestion is to maybe make the character sheet more detailed, like showing full stats with items etc, so readers can have a good idea of exactly how powerful he gets. Keep it up!

Fluff and cheese and kind of stupid start to this story. Twenty teenager gamers are taken to Underworld to level up to feed a demoen mistress. The Mc starts out as a healer in a dungeon of undead and quickly becomes over powered..or is he.

I enjoyed this story, the villains and heroes alike are decently developed in the first part of the book (though further changes a racer growth stalls and it becomes more game based than character based sadly) a good read.
The Gods of the Second World (LitRPG The Weirdest Noob Book 3) :: Delvers LLC: Adventure Capital :: Star Warrior (Star Warrior Quadrilogy Book 1) :: Bushido Online: the Battle Begins: A LitRPG Saga :: Beginner's Luck (Character Development Book 1)

As others have said plot and characters are the weak points here. But the MC isn’t offensive and the litrpg aspects are fun. Pacing is decent and I’m interested in book 2. Plenty of growth to scratch that litrpg itch.

Top notch litrpg. The story was interesting and the plot ran smoothly. My only complaint was how easily the mc accepted being trapped underground which I️ think most people would not enjoy. Good addition to the genre

A very enjoyable litRPG story. It immediately sucks you in with a MC that loves bacon and ranch dressing!
I liked the magic system, the power leveling and the xp grinding. Looking forward to the next one.

The story was decent but the characters were flat. Too focused on the mechanics of the world without thinking deeper into them. Main character too op with too little costs paid for power. Not bad, but not great.

Ways to improve: provide costs for power. Allow characters to grow and change. Provide tension by suggesting people can die or having costs to battle. Too much like a game. Too little like people living.

One of my recent favorites. This book is worth picking up now! Great character progression and fun skills. The main character using his intelligence to increase his power as much as he uses his skills.

Wonderful read.
Feels as if it were actually edited, a rarity in the litrpg field, with most books containing multiple grammar and spelling errors each page.
Looking forward to more installments.

Thoroughly enjoyable LitRPG book, read it pretty much straight through. There was
not a lot of character development but just enough. Lots of action and describing the RPG mechanics and the world environment. Looking forward to reading the next book.

Reasonable writing and pacing, but it all feels for nothing as the plot and characters are just a vehicle for non-stop power levelling. If you just want to see a broken character in a featureless world levelling up nonstop, you'll like this. If you want more, you'll want your time back.

This is definitely one of my favorite Lit RPGs. The storyline really captured you. Seriously, I finished this book in one day. I was incredibly impressed. But, I did give it only four stars. There is a very good, but basic, reason for this. The ending SUCKED. Sorry, but it was a total copout. Other than that, though, I loved the book.

The story elements were well thought out and the progression was good. There are grammatical and spelling errors here and there, but for the most part they don’t have an impact on the reading experience. All in all, it was pretty good. I look forward for the sequel that is sure to come.
