An Epic LitRPG Adventure (Afterlife Online Book 1)
An Epic LitRPG Adventure (Afterlife Online Book 1)

Review:Fun concept, good read, good character development, one of the plot twists was a bit predictable. Main Characters were believable, more development of 2nd tier characters would be better. Will definitely read more of the series. Read more

Critical Failures (Caverns and Creatures Book 1)
Critical Failures (Caverns and Creatures Book 1)

Review:Nothing mind blowing but it was a quick and enjoyable read. The best part about the book is that it made me want to read more "D&D" based fiction. Just not necessarily the next book in this particular series. Read more

Challenge (Unbound Deathlord Series Book 1) - Unbound Deathlord
Challenge (Unbound Deathlord Series Book 1) - Unbound Deathlord

Review:At first, I thought this was significantly derivative of Alter World by D. Rus. But, it was well written and engaging, so I stuck with it. The story turned out to be quite fun and it has promise in the sequels to follow. Sadly, this is early in, so there is no other title this author has published to see if he is in it for the long haul. Mr. Castle has a web log and he posts his writing there serially, much as Dickens did back in the day when he wrote Pickwick Papers for newspapers in London. It... Read more

World-Tree Online (World-Tree Trilogy Book 1)
World-Tree Online (World-Tree Trilogy Book 1)

Review:Great cohesive storyline and solid character development with the antagonist. Most LitRPG books feel poorly written without much thought behind the actual story and if it makes sense, and World-Tree simply feels a bit more thought out and, well, professionally written. Something the genre is desperately needing right now. Read more

Underworld - Level Up or Die: A LitRPG Series
Underworld - Level Up or Die: A LitRPG Series

Review:I love the whole story and the leveling and magic system. Can't wait to read book two! My only suggestion is to maybe make the character sheet more detailed, like showing full stats with items etc, so readers can have a good idea of exactly how powerful he gets. Keep it up! Read more

Life Reset: A LitRPG Novel (New Era Online Book 1)
Life Reset: A LitRPG Novel (New Era Online Book 1)

Review:Really enjoyed this book. Fun progression, interesting character moments, and a satisfying ending. My one criticism: the amount of grammatical errors increases dramatically during the last 5-10%. The biggest culprit is the dreaded misplaced comma. They start popping up like weeds. It’s a minor complaint that didn’t harm my enjoyment. Read more

AlterWorld: Play to Live. A LitRPG Series (Book 1)
AlterWorld: Play to Live. A LitRPG Series (Book 1)

Review:This was my first experience of RPG literature and I was very pleasantly surprised about the author's style, entertainment value and (normally my pet peeve) grammar. I wasn't sure what this was all about, but thoroughly enjoyed the story and could really relate, especially since I am an avid gamer (WOW) myself. The idea of delving into the game forever has crossed my mind, too :-) Read more

Review:A great read. I really liked the concept - not hardcore litrpg but definitely a lot of the elements were there. I thought the book was funny and highly recommend reading it, as long as you know this is definitely on the light hearted side. Read more

Caverns and Creatures: Volume I (Books 1 - 4)
Caverns and Creatures: Volume I (Books 1 - 4)

Review:These books are awesome! I enjoyed every moment of these stories, the characters are hysterical, and there is still plenty of suspense and tense moments as you worry what will happen. I can't wait to sink my teeth into more of these stories Read more

The Battle: Play to Live. A LitRPG Series (Book 5)
The Battle: Play to Live. A LitRPG Series (Book 5)

Review:What....What is this???!!! EVERYTHING you may have enjoyed about that last 4 books is now gone! (Sorry, spoiler alert!) From the first few chapters, the reader is bombarded with incredibly vulgar language and told that women are worthless, sex objects. I stopped after 5 chapters (Could not take it any more! Good on you if you can stand it for longer!) and demanded a refund! I LOVE litRPG and this series, UNTILL this book! What made the author choose take a such a horrible turn from his past wri...
