I shall miss Aticus when like most beloved friends this series is laid to rest. There is so much to this series that an avid reader will find joy in. The mythology and geography quench the lover of knowledge that is the child reader in me. I suspect these books will always be an old welcome friend.

This sixth installment of the Iron Druid Chronicles gets back to the original pace of the series. While some of the humor is missing, the storyline ties up some loose ends (the entire 5th book was just to set this one up it seems), introduces some new intrigue and shows quite a bit of growth in several characters. I'm very happy with it considering my love of the characters in this story.

I started reading these books about two years ago, now they are definitely one of my favorite book series I read. Can't wait for the next one. I polished this one off in two days, could not put it down!! Not going to reveal any plot points, just state it's the best in the series so far!

Kevin Hearne's Iron Druid Chronicles just keeps getting better. My favorite plot line, however, is the continued development of Oberon. The epilogue is mostly about him and worth every page to get there. The main plots revolves around a chase across Europe for Atticus et al to escape the dynamic duo of Diana and Artemis. Atticus tends to se throw away lines that are worthy of Sean Connery's Bond...

When I really get into a book, it really surprises me when I get to the end-like, whattttt? dang, gotta wait for the next installment! Sooooo, when? lol. Lots of small things are happening that are starting to lead to the final event. But it does not end here. Kind of like the old serial shows.

Still in love with the characters and story line. Every book expands on the world and mythology. This one wrapped up the personal vendettas on Attacis and set up the story nicely for the final (SOB!) story to come. As all good stories, I loved every minute, but dreaded the last page.

I stumbled across this series completely by accident, never having heard of this wonderful author or his inspired Iron Druid series. He immediately became one of my all time favorites. The writing is so in depth, the characters are almost four-dimensional! I admit to occasionally wanting to smack Atticus upside the head, but that just makes him more real because he's not perfect, he makes mistakes, he has regrets. I never make the mistake of trying to read a newly released Iron Druid book unless I am completely free and unencumbered because once I dive in,I am so immersed in the story I don't come up for air until the book ends. My only complaint being that I pre-ordered book 6 on Kindle, it came out and I read it all in the same day and now there's no telling how long I'll have to wait for more. I don't doubt somebody will try to turn it into a movie someday but unless it's Peter Jackson doing it, they'll never live up to the books. Thank you, Kevin Hearne, for such a wonderful and complex world. Slainte.

A good series, action packed, great quips. A Dresden kind of story that leaves a person breathless. I have to skip over all the Irish name's and words, got tired of trying to sound them out. Really a good read for a sci_-fi , fantasy reader.

I love Atticus and Oberon. The witty banter and hilarious situations that you would think an ancient being would avoid make this series a great read and always leaves me awaiting the next installment.

Once again a wonderful installment to Hearne's Iron Druid Chronicles! Fans will not be disappointed ! Continental chase scenes, realm blockage, magic, might and more. And of course Oberon and Granuaile.....need I say more?

Hearne continues to provide an enjoyable storyline where mythology, science, humor, intrigue, and bad-assery combine to create a thoroughly enjoyable experience for the reader. Cannot recommend more highly.

Exciting and suspenseful. I can not wait for the next installment in the story of Atticus and his friends.
If this book is any indication, gods and demigods are going to be falling right and left as we head into Ragnarok.

Atticus et all do themselved proud in the latest romp through the old gods and their idiosyncracies. Highly recommend it and suggest that newcomers quickly acquire the previous tomes so they can be up to date!

Replace one wizard named Harry with a Druid named Atticus, and the styles and story continuity are very similar. I like them both. But like a box of chocolates, they tend to disappear VERY fast!

I have enjoyed the Iron Druid series immensely, and this book is no exception. This series has always done a good job of keeping you in fear for the safety of the main characters and shown unpleasant repercussions for their actions, Hunted raises the stakes and delivers a huge shock and starts the action in media res. The first half is all relentless action and the second turns up the intrigue. Hearne has yet to disappoint me, more Atticus please!

I like Kevin Hearne's writing style and am really enjoying the Iron Druid Chronicles series. I did feel a little upset when I was at 80% completion and found that the other 20% was a short story that I already purchased.

This series is getting better and better every book. Hard pressed to decide now which is my favorite urban fantasy author, Jim Butcher, Kevin Hearne, or Alex Verus. Very well written, very funny. Great series!

Good return to fun and excitement by Mr. Hearne. Excellent pacing and solid story-telling bring back the charm of this series. Some minor imperfections prevent a five star, but every bit worth the read.

These books are always exciting and hilarious at the same time. There always seems to be a battle happening that can't possibly be won...and yet our hero manages to find a way to pull off the impossible. At the same time you get to enjoy the running commentary between him and his hilarious Irish Wolfhound. That part is my favorite...you never know what crazy comment Oberon will make next. Can't wait for the next book.

Exciting new characters, deeper insights into old characters, more intrigue, actually moving toward some sort of resolution, and all of the characters you like aren't killed off just as you get to know them (no knock on G. R. R. M, just saying...).

I've enjoyed Mr. Hearne's Iron Druid series. The characters, plot, and plot twists have kept me interested from book one through Hunted, book six. It's been a well written series from the beginning. I can hardly wait to get to book seven.
