Heidi McLaughlin delivers a sequel better than what I thought was an unbeatable first book. Loved everything about Choose Me. The way the story unfolded. The constant reminder of love throughout the book. Thank you Heidi for giving the readers everything we could have wanted in this book and then so much more. #TeamEvan #TeamArcher #TeamUtah

I hesitated for awhile before reading here with me and choose me. For the life of me I do not know if I could h ave stood waiting for the second book. I read these together. I won't give anything away, but this was such a great love story. Team archer all the way, can't wait for McCoy's book. Just include nate, Evan and Riley!

I was addicted to this book from the first sentence. My love for Evan just grew and grew. I can say I wasn't a huge fan of Ryley in this book. There was so many mixed signals between her, Nate and Evan. Nate received more attention then Evan where Ryley was concerned and it broke my heart for Evan. The information regarding Evans whereabouts started to come into light and it was a huge shock.

A love triangle and mystery wound together can't get much better than that. I enjoyed the first book so much that I had to read Choose Me right away to see who Ryley chose and why Evan was gone for so long. Great series and looking forward to reading Tucker's story.

This conclusion made my heart sing - thank you. I was scared and hopeful and just wanting an ending that I could live with an I can so thank you.
If you like mystery and deceit and despair and family love then this one is for you and you will be sending me a thank you note for recommending the book.

I started reading romance books about 2 years ago so I have read hundreds of books. This was a ok book but its not a book that u cant put down, I must say I was pretty bored most of the time but I wanted to know what happened to Evan and I kept reading. I loved the ending but not a preferred book.

Good book. The story line was good. Kept turning the pages to find out who destroyed Ryley's & Evan's future together. My heart was hurting a little bit more for Evan as the days go by where Ryley didn't give neither of them an answer.

Please note this review may contain spoilers.
Nate has returned home from a training exercise to find his long-deceased twin is alive and well and has been living in his house with his family. To say that Evan is angry at Nate’s “betrayal” would be a huge understatement and he vows to do whatever it takes to get Ryley and his son back. As the brothers come to blows, Ryley is stuck in the middle with her son knowing that she’ll only be able to choose one of them while destroying the other in the process. But questions about Evan’s six year deployment remain and lives are threatened the deeper they dig.
I was really looking forward to reading CHOOSE ME and getting to experience the gut-wrenching sadness when finding out who Ryley would choose, leaving the other a devastated mess. What’s really disappointing for me is that as soon as a fourth person entered the picture, one of the brother’s intense love for Ryley suddenly vanished into thin air, so a choice didn’t even have to be made. I mean, I suppose it was nice and all that neither brother was left alone, but talk about being let down.
While some of the story is focused on the Archer brothers and Ryley, most of the book revolves around the conspiracy involving Evan’s team and their six year deployment. Again, I was looking forward to the conspiracy unravelling, finding out who the players involved were, the hows, the whys, all of it, but sadly even the conspiracy let me down. I read this book in one sitting and unless I accidentally skipped a bunch of sections, I don’t understand how the conspiracy was solved. We were only provided with little bits of information and somehow with those tiny pieces, the entire operation was brought to its knees. It was all wrapped up and most of the parties involved got arrested, but I was left with way too many questions (which are bugging the hell out of me) because nothing was really explained. The conspiracy was my favourite part of the story in book # 1, but its execution and conclusion was a huge disappointment.
CHOOSE ME is told in Nate and Evan’s POVs with the epilogue being told in Ryley’s. There will be another novel in the Archer Brothers series and it will be about Evan’s teammate, Tucker McCoy, as he tries to locate his wife and daughter that went missing after he was declared dead.

Was a beautiful and fulfilling to the open-ended cliff hanger of book 1. It was a happy ending I thought impossible. Nonetheless, the writings drew me in and I loved the sequel as much as the first book.

SPOILERS!! Let me start out by saying that I really enjoyed the first book even with many aspects of the plot being completely unbelievable. First, her response to Evan's return was partially unbelievable. I don't believe she wouldn't have run into his arms when she really realized it was him. Second, Evan kept making it sound like they betrayed him when in fact they thought he was dead and they just were moving on with their lives. Third, I understand that she was confused but in some places she'd make up her mind only to be confused and acting if she hadn't made up her mind in the next scene. The one HUGE mistake that I saw was they told Evan's son in the first book that Evan was his father but yet when the second book started they acted as they were going to tell him for the first time that Evan was his father. In addition, the old girlfriend coming back into the picture was a bit to pat. Overall the story had promise but it fell short of being a great book because of the unbelievable actions and plot mistakes.

After reading Here With Me I had high hopes going into the second book in this series. I enjoyed the book, but it was a little predictable in spots. I wished there was just a little more in certain places that could have added to the story.

Just when you think you're team Evan, Nate enters. By the end of the book, I was cheering for both boys to get there HEA. Really hoping the next book will put some things too rest when it comes to "who dun it". Can't wait for the next! Amazing book!!

This book definitely was worth the read. As a follow up to Book 1 Here With Me, Heidi McLaughlin wrote an excellent romantic suspense book that is well worth the read of both books, back to back. You won't be disappointed but addicted!

Loved this book and the first one! I was sometimes team Nate and sometimes team Evan. Who I had in mind for Ryley to choose through 75% of the book was not how it ended but it was still a great ending to a great book! Don't miss this one!

At first interesting, then somewhat predictable. I was invested and felt the need to find out what happens, but I was also a little bored. To be fair, I'm more of a non-fiction fan, especially true crime.

This book was so interesting I could hardly put it down. The first book just teased you and you had to get second book to figure out what was going to happen. I loved how the author finished it to where the brothers could be friends again.
