A Bad Boy MMA Fighter Romance (Warrior Zone Fighters Book 1)

I loved this book, the characters and their personal issues are easy to identify with. I really enjoyed reading from Anthony and Hannah's perspective. Definitely look forward to more MMA romances from Tia Lewis

Anthony, once a champion MMA fighter, is feeling lost and the need to get back into the cage to fight after a devasting near career ending injury. Anthony thinks this is his only life, until he meets Hannah. Hannah, a bakery owner who has recently come out of a bad relationship finds Anthony worth fighting for.

I just finished reading REDEMPTION, WoW!! Yet another FANTASTIC story from Tia. I don't know where or how she continues to pull out story after story, but PLEASE keep them coming, I love them. Once I start reading anything from her I cannot stop until I find out how it ends.
Tony needed to get back inside the cage and show everyone he wasn't finished. He had started The Warrior Zone a training gym with fellow MMA fighter friends after his knee injury, but it wasn't enough and he was tired of everyone seeing his injury and not him. He was bored just training young fighters, he missed being inside the cage. He just needed to figure out how to protect his knee since it'd be an easy target.
Hannah threw herself into her bakery Sweet Treats after catching her boyfriend James and her former assistant and close friend, Jenna in bed together. The good thing about their deception was that she refocused on her business, which she could now take to the next level. But now James was blowing up her phone saying he was sorry and he wanted her back. That Amy going to happen EVER.
Both main characters come with excessive and painful baggage due to past relationships and have thrown themselves into their careers instead of another relationship. However once they meet each other.... (Anthony *direct book quote) I didn't know what kind of pull she had on me, but she had been the first in quite a while*. (Hannah *direct book quote) I was in some serious trouble with this one.* can excess baggage be left in the past? To find out what happens between Hannah and Tony you need to read REDEMPTION. This is a steamy MMA fighter contemporary romance standalone novel, with NO cheating, NO cliffhanger and a HEA! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book. Anthony 'Rampage' Jones co-owns the MMA training gym the Warrior Zone. But he had been cut down, a knee ruined, at the height of his career, gone through the dregs of alcoholism and recovery, and still wants to fight in the cage again. He has not dated since his girlfriend abandoned him after his last fight more than three years ago.

Hannah, the baker, has recently moved to her own small apartment after discovering her boyfriend James with her friend and employee. Hannah has hired Lillian to work with her at her Sweet Shop next door to the gym. She has no idea the gym trains MMA fighters. But she happens to meet Anthony late one night as she balances boxes of leftover cupcakes for homeless shelter and he holds them for her as she finds her keys to unlock her car. A few days later Anthony's friend comes in to order a cake for Anthony's birthday which she does for free and has to research MMA to figure out how to decorate. When Anthony goes in to thank her (for his first ever birthday cake) after closing time he overhears James making threatening moves on her. He puts James to the wall.

And so begins the affair of an alcoholic would be MMA champ with the curvy, untrusting baker next door. Well written, with many starts and stammers, lots of witty humorous quips, and a relapse on Anthony's part. Tia really outdid herself on this her first fighter romance. Tia has outdone herself with Redemption. It has been quite a while since I have read a book based in the MMA world, but now I can't wait until she releases book 2.
Anthony & Hannah are both extremely well written characters. Anthony has finally found himself back on top of his demons, becoming a champion again would make his journey complete.
Hannah has had her heart shattered by the two most important people in her life, so the success of her bakery store is now her top priority.
I basically read this book in one sitting, it has now moved itself into top spot of as my favourite Tia Lewis book.

I'm a fairly new reader of Tia Lewis' books and I have to say, I'm a fan. Anthony and Hannah's story is really sweet. He's a sexy retired MMA fighter and gym owner who's trying to get back in the cage after a devastating injury. She's a cute bakery owner who's getting over a bad breakup. They couldn't be more different, but they're drawn to each other and together they just click. This was a sweet, sexy, exciting quick read with a cast of supporting characters that I can't wait to read about too...can't wait for Benji's story!!! This book is definitely worth reading and I highly recommend it.

Wow! Tia Lewis has done it again! I loved reading about Hannah's and Anthony's journey. Anthony is a MMA fighter who owns a gym and is struggling with the idea of having to retire at an early age. Hannah is a baker who owns her own bakery, which is across from Anthony's gym. Once they have the chance to actually meet, there is a spark but Hannah doesn't think that Anthony will fall for her. This is a sweet story that really catches the readers attention.

I definitely recommend this book.

Getting to know Hannah and Tony was very interesting. I must say that finding out Hannah was a woman with some curves, was just a added bonus for me to find out. Their story had a lot of baggage brought to the table, but it was great to see how things played out. I was very happy with the entire story.

Tia Lewis gives us Redemption: A Bad Boys MMA Fighter Romance. This is a book that I couldn't put down!! I was captivated from the beginning to the end!!! Tony and Hannah have been through a lot in their lives. Together the find Redemption with the help of their friends!! I look forward to more from this author!!!
